I agree with Dr Masood the original crime resumed from Hodabia Paper mills when Money actually laundered from Pakistan
to set up off shore company and the latter became companies as the money mountain grew in size.
Now a day money is still poured in as the mega projects are awarded to the chosen companies then the rates are fixed how much commission is agreed and paid to the God Father so discreetly from abroad that even Angels might not have the record of it?
The fixed commission goes straight into off shores .off shores companies are legally not in the jurisdiction of any scrutiny by any laws.
Noora is getting rich every second accumulating interests on his investment around the world,even when he is using toilet,he is making money.
Disqualification is going to hurt his pride but would not deprive him from being a billionaire many times over.
