Well done Sindh government which has created a conducive environment attracting foreign investors. These manufactured buses will increase Pakistan export.

Again bak bak without actual evidence. Sindh Minister already mentioned the reason and also refuted the numbers quoted in the biased media news.
“There are few projects which need the approval of higher authorities,” said Dr Mandhro, as he defended his government. “Some schemes are delayed because of technical hurdles otherwise we have done better than other provinces,” he said, referring to the utilisation of provincial development budget of Rs185 billion.

He added that the federal government has yet to release a share of Sindh’s budgetary funds. Discussing the current third financial quarter budget of the current year (2015-16), he said that there was a total of Rs162 billion development portfolio for the entire province, of which the district government’s share stands at Rs20 billion. The remaining amount [Rs142 billion] is earmarked for Sindh government schemes, he explained.

Shah informed the House that the federal government released Rs60 billion less than the Sindh government’s actual share in the last nine months. “For this year, we have estimated a Rs726 billion budget for Sindh, with a Rs494 billion share from the federal government. In the last nine months, the federal government was supposed to release Rs370 billion [from divisible pool] to Sindh but it only released Rs310 billion,” Shah said, expressing his hope that the federal government will release Sindh’s outstanding share in the next three months.

In last 40 years PPP has only ruled for a total of 13 years. Its last 9 years that PPP have actually ruled consecutively and out of those 2 years were wasted by MQM as they had all the administrative powers till 2009 in Karachi. So in essence PPP has to be blamed for last 7 years in which a lot of development work including health, education, economy and infrastructure has been done.
Had Mustafa Kamal been any popular in Karachi he would have been participating in all the by elections instead of leading flop rallies. This is because people know that he was more of talk talk rather than doing any proper actual work.
