Don't worry all the Mill owners will be walking Scott-Free. Top echelon was saved only some Gov't officers will be punished. People will cry for few days and then they will forget. These shortages are not something new in Pakistan. Historically, First ever Food shortages were created under Khawaja Nazimuddin's (2nd Prime Minister of Pakistan) Government. Since, then nobody was punished.
