It's time for all of us to prehabilitate---get your body in optimal shape to fight infection:
1. Good nutrition (plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins)
2. Exercise (at least 30 minutes a day of something that gets you breathing hard enough where you can't sing, but you can still talk)
3. Quit smoking if you do
4. Stress reduction (reach out socially, meditation, prayer, exercise, go outside)
5. Get enough sleep
