ISIS issues first Birth Certificate

A new photograph circulating on Twitter of a newborn alongside the purported first official “birth certificate” for the Islamic State shows the infant next to a handgun and a grenade. No further information was available as to where the picture was taken or of its authenticity.

The Islamic State appears to be moving into establishing a more firm social structure within its occupied territory in Syria and Iraq.
