plz ignore the statement of Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan because in this age i think atomic dangerous rays r showing their effects and he is SATHIA GAYA HAY. it would have been better if he could restrict him self to his field only and should avoid his opinions etc about political or armed forces affairs.
