ISI-CIA ties back on track, says PM Gilani

LAHORE: Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani has said that the ties between Pakistani and American intelligence agencies Inter Services Intelligenc (ISI) and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) are back on track, SAMAA reported on Sunday.

PM Gilani said while talking to the journalists in Lahore today that the US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton visited Pakistan recently to remove misunderstandings between both countries.

He added that he tension created between the relations of ISI and CIA after Abbotabad incident has also come to an end and both countries will continue cooperation and sharing of secret information.

Pakistan is fully capable of uprooting terrorism and the nuclear assets of the country are in secure hands; Pakistan is not week and none should make mistake of aggression against Pakistan, PM Gilani added. SAMAA

So whose fault is this now? Did government force ISI to re-mend the relationship? Is Zardari/Gilani set-up that stong to force ISI/Army?
