I put question to each member of this forum that if Music is HARAM then why all Islamic countries are allowing music? I just say that Islam has not forbidden the joy and entertainment from Muslims' Life but within civilized ethics. It is our utilization of the facilities that make them uncivilized and obnoxious.

It is another Hippocratic approach towards Islam by the so called Muslims what they are saying are not following.

Brother..............We shouldn't see what other "So Called Islamic" countries are doing. We have to see what Islam & Prophet (PBUH) say about it. Many Islamic countries are doing Riba (Interest) in their bankings, they have Clubs and Pubs, Serving Alcohol is allowed etc., Gambling houses, their rulers are Ayaash etc. so what do you mean we should follow them as such?


There are many "Ifs and buts " about Music -some say it is allowed, some say it is not allowed. But most doubt is created by Silsil-e-Chushtia, when Moeen-ud-Din Chushti (RA), used Music (Vilin) to attract the Hindus of India. Though he might be right at that time but now all "Brailies Hazraat" (No offence) and their Ulema allow music while Deobandi Ulema don't allow Music.

There is another Hadith, the meaning of which is that "if some thing put you in doubt, to do or not to do, it is better to leave it ". In this case you may not earn Sins for yourself.

Issi tarah jab koi authentic Mufti Fatwa deta hay to uss k fatwa per bhi isi aitemaad ki zaroorat hay.
Haan agar waqai hi ikhlaas ki niyat se dalail ki zaroorat ho to dalail per mushmail kitabein bhi mil jati hein. Basharte keh hamein apnay imaan ki bhi kam az kam itni fikr ho jaye jitni apni sehat ki karte hein.
Warana to hamara aam mizaaj ye hay keh Islam k ahkaam ko apni khawahishaat k mutabqi chahte hein aur jo baat nahi manni uss per aiterzaat aur tanqeed.

aik aur baat hai k aaj kal k dour mai koee ghalat kam karay tou uss kaam ko ghalat iss leye nahe manta Q K woh hud ker raha hota hai .

hmmm nice post but we should take positive out of it to learn islam and try to act on it , na ka apis mien hi larney lag jien, our hadith se inkar nahi ha lakin Nabi Muhammad PBUH na ya bhi farmaya ha ka jab bhi ap koi baat suno oss ko confirm kar lo before passing it to the next person so we should always confirm things first

For the first question, to depict the reality f world, islam, muslims and non-muslim I don't think so one has to perform and then he should revive and re-do his Nikkah. I think its totally ridiculous. It depends on your "niyyat". And Who has answered this question may be he thinks that "Aqeeda" or "Eiman" is so weak that If I act any character of someone else then his beleif has been changed.

There's no reference mentioned for this hadith. Hazrat Imam Ghizali and Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Haq Mahudiss Dehliwy say that there's no "Sahih" (authentic) hadith about Music. I have read that for Music there's a word in arab "Ghanna" or "Ghinna" (I coud be wrong in pronunciation, anyone can correct me) and both of these scholars say that Ghanna is not haram.
In Turkey its compulsory for each "Moazzan" to take classes of music (Sorry I have no reference).
During schooling we have read that once there's some kind of Festival in Masjid-e-Nabvi and both Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) and Hazrat Aysha (RA) were seeing this music festival.

I am not negating any Hadees and just pointing out that Muslims are not true Muslims but hypocrite doing something else and saying something else. We should feel shame that every Muslim has his own concept of Islam for the vested interests and distorted the Islamic Rules which are BEST RULES for any human being.
