چوہدری بھائی، آپ کو انصاف کے تقاضے مجھ سے زیادہ پتا ہیں۔

اگر یہ خبر لندن کے اخبار نے اپنے "الگ" سورسز سے چھاپی ہوتی تو کم از کم اس خلیج ٹائمز یا پاکستان کے امت جیسے اخبار وغیرہ سے زیادہ اہمیت رکھتی۔

مگر اس سے زیادہ اہمیت کی حامل بات یہ ہوتی کہ "ان دیکھے" سورسز کی بجائے بذات خود سکاٹ لینڈ یارڈ اعلان کرے کہ اسے حکیم سعید کے قتل کے متعلق خط ملا ہے۔

مگر بات پھر بھی الزام تک رہتی اور آخر میں عدالت دونوں اطراف کے ثبوت و دلائل سن کر فیصلہ کرے تو پھر جا کر انسان مجرم ثابت ہوتا ہے۔

مگر یہاں انصاف کے تقاضے پورے نہیں ہوئے ہیں اور خلیج ٹائمز کی رپورٹ کو وہ اہمیت دی جا رہی ہے جس کی وہ حقدار نہیں۔

I used to think there is something seriously wrong with you to support MQM, now you have confirmed it.
So what would you say to NY times, Washington Post, WSJ, when they report from Islamabad?
Look they are reporting news from Islamabad, sitting in NY or DC?[hilar][hilar]

BiBi, there are three ways news are published, either they are sent by special correspondence, or it is picked from wire agencies like Reuters AFP etc, or a newspaper or publication picks it from another publication or media outlet, in that case it provides the reference of the source.

In this news, there is no mention of special correspondence, or the news agency or the source of the news, therefore, Khaleejtimes is responsible for it legally. But do you think they are stupid to publish it without reasons and leave themselves open for legal actions?:lol:

The million dollar question is if you and MQM think it is a fake news, why don't they sue this newspaper and all the Pakistani newspapers who published these kinds of news in last few days?

Investigators stumble on Hakim Said murder clues

A letter likely to point to the murderers of former Sindh governor Hakim Said has been allegedly recovered by Scotland Yard from the house of slain Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Dr Imran Farooq.
Earlier, several MQM workers, allegedly involved in Saids murder on October 17, 1998, were arrested and subsequently sentenced to death by an anti-terrorism court. However, on May 31, 2001, the Sindh High Court acquitted all the accused in the case.
The letter, said to have been written to Dr Farooq by one Javed Turk, is part of a number of documents impounded from the MQM leaders house as part of the ongoing investigations into his murder.
The investigating agency is translating the letter from Urdu to English for possible clues, sources said.
Said, who established Hamdard Foundation in 1948, was a well known scholar and philanthropist.
Farooq Murder probe
Translated documents, recovered from Farooqs house, are helping Scotland Yard zero-in on possible suspects in Farooqs murder case, sources said.
Scotland Yard has recently questioned on caution one person and also carried out house and office raids in the UK in connection with Dr Farooqs murder. The person questioned on caution is believed to have links with an important Pakistan-based political party.
Knowledgeable sources have claimed that the MQM UK chapter has taken strong exception to the direction the murder case probe has taken and has even reportedly protested to the UK government.
Last month in one of his telephonic speeches from London, MQM chief Altaf Hussain had alleged that Pakistans civilian agencies the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) had provided misleading information to Scotland Yard. Hussain implied that the information sent by the agencies had attempted to implicate the MQM in Dr Farooqs murder.

MQM supporters always try to dismiss reports based on their perceptions and allegations about "UMMAT".

This report has also appeared in international press. I hope the MQM also would deny it as propaganda by
