As much as I may wish, this will not work in the long (or shot)run. True pricing and costs of a train is almost impossible -
The costs/pricing of transport systems should be rationalized as much possible but state has to consider it like a utility and a service, not a proper business - Public will keep paying for the private profits with hidden costs and investments in the past and future'. .
