All of you guys know not grain of constitution of Pakistan. Per constitution, first provincial government has to define the new province and approve a resolution in the provincial assembly for carving out a new province from their province. Once the resolution is passed by the provincial govt then the federal govt cannot reject it and has to approve it. So powers for carving out a new province lies entirely with provincial govt. That is the reason PPP federal govt, despite the best efforts from Gilani and Zardari, was not able to create Siraiki province, because provincial govt of SS was not willing to pass resolution in punjab assembly for carving out Siraiki province out of Punjab.

If you are not educated enough then ask some of the more enlightened ones among you (like Barca) on constitutional matters.

PTI already agreed to new Soba Hazara. Hazara wal should Go to Charsada and stage sit in front of Nawaz Sharif Brother, Asfand Yar Wali's House who is opposing Hazara Sooba

OR

They should g o to Islamabad in front of Parliament since its the federal parliament who has authority to create new provinces. PTI will support them :biggthumpup:

I already read the post and for you first before posting Rs125 PP understand which assembly can create new provinces or who is opposing Soba Hazara.

KPK assembly resolution has no authority and not binding. If Hazarawal is serious about News Province they should Ask Nawaz Sharif (the same Nawaz Sharif who sold Hazara Wals to Asfandyar Wali) to move legislation in National assembly for New province Hazara.

اب یہ کہا کی عقلمندی ہے کہ وفاق کی ذمہ داری کا قصوروار صوبائی حکومت کو ٹہرایا جائے؟ اور کے پی اسمبلی پہلے ہی ایک سے زیادہ صوبے جسمیں ہزارہ بھی شامل ہے، کے بارے میں قردار پاس کر چکی ہے۔ اور ہزارہ وال ممبران سے کہے کہ وہ صرف ہزارہ صوبے کے لیے اگر کوئی قراداد دینا چاہے تو دے۔ ویسے میرا نہیں خیال کہ صوبائی قرادار کی اتنی قانونی اہمیت ہے۔

اے این پی نے صوبے کے نام کی تبدیلی کے لیے تین دفعہ قراردادیں منظور کروائی تھیں۔ اور آخری مرتبہ اگر نورا تیسری مرتبہ وزیراعظم بننے کی شرط نکالنے کے لیے راضی نہ ہوتا تو صوبے کا یہ مسئلہ بننا ہی نہیں تھا۔ اور اگر نام تبدیل کرانا بھی تھا تو یہ خیبر کا سابقہ لگانے کی کیا تُک تھی۔ اسکی جگہ اگر ہزارہ لگاتے تو زیادہ اچھا رہتا۔ دونوں خوش رہتے۔ لیکن نوروں میں اگر اتنی عقل ہوتی تو ہم اس حالت میں ہوتے؟

Like I said before, go talk to more enlightened ones among PTI. There are some very educated people in PTI. Not every body is an absolute illiterate like you. Please get some education before even thinking to indulge with me on legal or intellectual matters.

I think you have already read it so please post what where does role of provincial assembly is in constitution in creation of new provinces. Even KPK provincial assembly was not able change name of a province despite several resolutions until Nawaz Sharif sold Hazara to Asfandyar Wali in return for 3rd time prime minister clause during 18 amendment.

Read constitution and then come reply. Why make a joke of yourself by commenting without knowledge

I am a PTI supporter , I support Hazara province and many others including for mahajir and saraiki , haqooq denay say behtri aati hay tabaahi naheen

PTI should lead with example , make hazara province , every division should be a province , baaqi sub bhi utnay he Pakitani hain jitnay hum , mahajir & baloch ko mujrim bna kar paish naheen krna chahiye , MQM maybe evil but demand for more provinces is genuine

part XI article 239 clause 4 states that A bill to amend the constitution which would have the effect of altering the limits of a province shall not be presented to the president for assent unless it has been passed by the provincial assembly of the province by the votes of not less than two-third of its total membership.


now koi aur etraz? and let me tell you again it is not difficult to find this clause agr bajay batain karny ky thori si research ki jaye tu.. but afsoos.. we don't spend time on substantial things, haan batain without facts jitni marzi krwa lo hm say...
