First of all erecting any sort of structure or tomb over a grave in it self not allowed and neither is kissing graves as it akins to grave worship. This whole peeri mureedi mazar culture is in its self not allowed

You are wrong on both points, Islam does not prohibit erecting a structure over a tomb, and kissing graves is not shirk.

Sorry neither of the links proves that, the second link is very fishy TBH it says the above hadith says so and so and because of that so and so is permitted when the quoted hadith does not say anything of the sort!

And both links specifically talk ONLY about the Prophets grave and then try to justify darbar culture with it, which is not surprising as both are desi sites
