i guess when somebody uses the term ARMY HAS DONE THAT, you don't think of few hundred thousand jawans doing anything nasty nor those few thousand junior and middle grade officers are visualized. It's those top few (usually no more then 10!) generals that come to mind. You gotta keep in mind Army is not a democracy, and decisions are made by these top 10 only.
That's what I think what using the term Army means. If you translate Army literally as the whole organization, then you certainly are misreading someone else, and some one else (in this case myself) misreads your stance.

پرویز خٹک پر اعتماد کرنا بہت مشکل ہے اور بہت ممکن ہے کہ وہ جھوٹ بول رہا ہے۔
آج پرویز خٹک کہہ رہا ہے کہ طالبان سے نپٹنے کی پوری تیاریاں کی گئیں تھیں، 3 مورچے بنائے گئے تھے، سب کمانڈ اکھٹی ہوئی تھیں وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
مگر یہی پرویز خٹک تھا جو کل کو کہہ رہا تھا کہ یہ انٹیلیجنس کی ناکامی ہے اور ایک بھی انٹیلیجنس رپورٹ حملے کے متعلق نہیں دی گئی۔
اور آخر میں مسئلہ یہ آیا کہ چلیں آرمی تو انکے انڈر نہیں، مگر جیل میں موجود پولیس والوں نے کیوں 4 گھنٹے تک طالبان کا راستہ نہیں روکا؟ یہ پولیس والے تو براہ راست صوبائی حکومت کے تحت وہاں کام کر رہے تھے اور پورا جیل انکے انڈر تھا۔
اس پر خٹک صاحب کہتے ہیں کہ پولیس والوں نے انکے احکامات نہیں مانے اور طالبان کے خلاف فائرنگ کی اور نہ مقابلہ کیا۔
خٹک صاحب کی خدمت میں گذارش ہے کہ:۔
آپ پولیس والوں کو برا بھلا کہنے سے قبل ذرا اپنے گریبان میں جھانکیں۔ پولیس والے کم بزدل ہیں، اور آپ ان پولیس والوں سے کہیں زیادہ بزدل۔
خٹک صاحب، جب آپ ایسے بیانات دے رہے ہوں گے کہ : "ہم طالبان کو عزت دیں گے"۔۔۔۔ تو اسکے بعد پولیس والوں کا مورال کہاں جائے گا؟ کیا آپ کی یہ بات سن کر ان میں طالبانی فتنے کے خلاف جہاد کے جذبات موجزن ہو جائیں گے؟
حقیقت یہ ہے کہ خٹک صاحب، آپ اپنے اس طرز عمل سے بذات خود پاکستانی فورسز کا مورال ختم کر رہے ہیں، انکو بزدل بنا رہے ہیں، انکے لڑنے کا تمام تر جذبہ ختم کر رہے ہیں۔
اور چھوٹے میاں تو چھوٹے میاں، بڑے میاں سبحان اللہ۔
خٹک صاحب، آپ کے بڑے میاں "عمران خان صاحب" تو آپ سے بھی دس ہاتھ آگے ہیں۔ وہ طلعت حسین کے ٹی وی شو میں بیٹھ کر فرماتے ہیں کہ: "ہم طالبان کے خلاف ایک لفظ نہیں بول سکتے، وگرنہ طالبان پھر پی ٹی آئی والوں کو بھی مارنا شروع کر دیں گے"۔ ۔۔۔۔ تو خان صاحب، کیا صرف پی ٹی آئی والوں کی خون کی اہمیت ہےِ، اور وہ جو ہزاروں دیگر غیر پی ٹی آئی والے معصوم طالبان کے ہاتھوں ذبح ہو رہے ہیں انکے خون کی کوئی قدر و قیمت نہیں؟ کیا یہ ہزاروں معصوم پاکستانی نہیں؟
خٹک صاحب، جب آپ اور آپ کے بڑے میاں ایسا بزدلانہ رویہ رکھیں گے، تو کیا اسکے بعد آپ سب سے بڑے مجرم ہیں جنہوں نے سیکورٹی فورسز کے طالبانی فتنے کے خلاف لڑنے کے جذبے کو بالکل ٹھنڈا کر دیا، انہیں بزدل بنا دیا، اور وہ آپ سے قبل طالبان کو عزت دینے کے لیے تیار ہو گئے اور جیل انکے حوالے کر دی۔
نیز حملہ کرنے والے طالبان 200 سے زائد تھے، مگر سیکورٹی پر آپ نے جیل کے اندر فقط 30 پولیس والے تعینات کیے۔ کیا یہ آپ کا سیکورٹی پلان ہے؟ صرف ایک آپ کی طالبان کے مقابلے میں بزدلی ہی نہیں، بلکہ آپ کی پلان بنانے کی نااہلیت بھی کافی ہے کہ پولیس والے اپنی ڈیوٹی وغیرہ بھول بھال کر ان 200 طالبان کے سامنے سے ہٹ جائیں۔

I raised finger at army immediately after attack. The supposed 'terrorist' came from FATA (or even from across the border) where our army is supposedly active against them. Moreover FATA is under federal gov. and they were directly notified by security agencies (and I am pretty sure army knows all about it even before gov). Yet no efforts to stop this mass movement of terrorist from FATA to KPK. Despite presence of whole army unit in DIK no single terrorist caught. With the track record of our army it's not hard to doubt them again in this case.
IK is right and I blame army + fed gov for conspiring against peace in our country in order to receive more dollars and make their pay master happy.

Sane response from PTIans is always a pleasant surprise...I absolutely agree with your rational, however if that's what PTI leadership wanted to do then they should not have been the reason to delay the APC. If he(IK) had attended the APC requested by the Feds then by now I would be with you criticizing the PMLn, but since you didn't do it, that gives damn PMLn a reason to say that they are still not able to come to a coherent central security policy. As you said your self, we are in an efffing war but people involved are not taking it seriously, even though every 1 is dieing slowly, one by one.
By the way, Neither PMLn meri party hay NOR any other, I am for a successful Pakistan so I don't give rats arse who does the good things for our country as long as our country is becoming better and better. I am against EVERYONE who, to me , looks like is going against Paks interests

فوج کا ٹیھکا صرف هم سویلین پر چلتا هے. نهین یقین تو ان کی سویلین سے بادی لینگویج کا مشاهده کیجیے گا. یهی ھال پولیس فورس کا هے. شاید اس سے برتر. که مجرم اور طاقتور تو انکھین دکھا کے چلے جاتے هین جبکه پولیس کی طاقت فقط بےچارے باءک چلانے والون کو پریشان کرنے اور سو سو روپے کا فطرانه وصول کرنے په صرف هوتی هے.
