President (including Phanay Khan) can't dissolve a commission
unless they announce their job is completed and commission cease to function

Can President of Pakistan dissolves SC commission today investigating rigging allegations ?

اگر خان کے پاس اختیار نہیں کہ وہ کمیشن ختم کر سکے تو پھر کمیشن کے پاس یہ اختیار کر سکے کہ وہ پارٹی سے لوگوں کو نکلنے کے احکامات جاری کر سکے
کیا دھاندلی پر بنا جوڈیشل کمیشن اگر یہ فیصلہ دے کر انتخابات شفاف نہیں ہوئے تو کیا وہ نواز شریف کو حکم دے سکتا ہے کہ نواز شریف اب گھر جائے ؟
کمیشن نے نئے انتخابات کروانے کے احکامات دیے جو پہلے ہی منظور ہو چکے ہیں اور ان پر کام بھی شروع ہو چکا ہے
کمیشن کے جب اختیار میں نہیں کہ وہ کسی کو پارٹی سے باہر نکالے تو ایسے فیصلے کرنے سے جج صاحب کو اجتناب کرنا چاہیے

پٹواری . فاشسٹ تمھارے آقا نورے ہیں ... جو آج تک کبھی کوئی پارٹی الیکشن نہیں کروا سکے - عمران نے الیکشن کروائے غلطیاں بھی ہوئیں- ان کا ازالہ بھی کیا جا رہا ہے - لیکن تمہارے نورے کی طرح سب کچھ اپنے خاندان میں دبا کر نہیں پیٹھا

Bhai commission Amb Lainay ko banaya tha,

Yes, commission has the jurisdiction to nominate culprits and ask for the removal
Khan sab played the trick with commission that he wrapped up the organization and then appointed same people

It is just like SJC wraps up Govt (if found guilty)
and then president appoints same people as new Govt without giving election date

Would that be acceptable?
