Khan sahab se aik guzarish k for Allah sake stop trusting in anyone even remotely related to the judiciary or the army leadership for that matter. He has been stung by gen. musharaf, gen. kiyani, Ch. Iftikhar, Hamid Khan, Ahtezaz Ahsan, Wajiuddin and now nasir mulk. I think Khan sahab should get rid of the old guard in the party. There isn't a chance in hell of PTI winning the next election - rigging has been given the seal of approval from the supreme court! Trust in the youth and train future leaders. The change is now unlikely to come in Khan sahab's political lifetime so training future leadership and focusing on KPK is now crucial! Baqi Allah knows best as he is the best of planners! جتنا کچھ اس رپورٹ کے بارے میں میں نے پڑھا ہیں، اگر اس رپورٹ کی بنیادیں ایسی ہو، تو انا لللہ وا انا الیھ ..


مانا کہ منظم دھاندلی شاید ہوئی ہو یا نہ، ثابت کرنا بہت مشکل تھا، پی ٹی آیی کو پہلے سوچنا چاہیے تھا،مگر جوڈیشیل کمیشن


اس سے بہتر رپورٹ تیار کر سکتی تھی. کیونکہ پاکستان کے موجودہ الیکٹورل سسٹم میں صاف اور شفاف انتخابات تو ممکن ہی نہیں ہیں. اور عدلیہ نے مہر لگا دیا کہ پاکستان کے الیکشن ایسے ہی ہو تے ہیں اوربلکل صحیح ہوتے ہیں جو ہمارے لئے لمحہ فکریہ بھی ہیں اور آگے یہ رپورٹ کافی مشکلیں کھڑی کرے گا.

پھر وہی جھوٹ بار بار ؟ سیٹھی نے جوڈیشل کمیشن کے روبرو اپنے بیان غلفی میں کہا کہ 5 جون کو اقتدار منتقل ہو نے سے 15 دن قبل یعنی 20 مئی سے پنجاب کی بیوروکریسی نے شہباز شریف کو رپورٹ کرنا شروع کر دیا تھا کیو نکہ الیکشن کے نتائج سے ان کو معلوم ہو چکا تھا کہ ن لیگ کی حکومت بننے والی ہے ۔فارم 15 کی گمشدگی عملے کی نا اہلی تو ہو سکتی ہے دھاندلی نہیں ، اگر ایسا ہو تا تو صرف پنجاب میں فارم 15 غائب ہو تے۔ اللہ کے بندے اب تو جھوٹ سے توبہ کر لو :biggthumpup:

آپ نے ہمیں تو جھوٹا کہ دیا مگر آپ نے کمیشن کی رپورٹ شائد نہیں دیکھی جس میں سیٹھی کے دونوں پروگراموں کا ذکر ھے۔
ایک میں وہ الیکشن سے پہلے سات سے دس دن کا کہا رھا ھے کہ ساری بیروکریسی ماڈل ٹاوٗن سے ہدایت لے رھی تھی اور اپنے اگلے پروگرام میں وہ کہ رھا ھے جو آپ نے لکھا ھے۔
ویسے گجر صاحب یہ عجیب بات ھے کہ
انتخابی بے ضابطگیاں ہوتی رہتی ہیں اس سے نتائج بدل بھی جائیں تو دھاندلی نہیں کہا جا سکتا۔
فارم 15 کے گمنے سے انتخابی نتائج پر کوئی فرق نہیں پڑتا ، اسکو صرف الیکشن کمیشن کی نااہلی کہا جائے گا۔

اب اگلے الیکشن میں کوئی دھاندلی کا الزام لگائے گا تو لوگ اسکا مذاق اڑائیں گے اور کوئی اسے سیریس نہیں لے گا ..اس لئے اگلے الیکشن میں بھرپور دھاندلی ہو گی اور دھاندلی کے ریکارڈ ٹوٹیں گے
کیوں کہ دھاندلی کو قانونی تحفظ مل گیا۔

In view of the below report submitted before the Inquiry commission and the findings of the commission announce today look like a joke.
"Form 15, which contains details of use of ballot papers, are missing from thousands of vote bags opened for an inquiry into allegations of widespread rigging in the 2013 general elections, according to a summary of reports submitted by the returning officers to a three-judge commission.

The returning officer and presiding officer in each polling station of all constituencies are bound to put one copy of Form 15 in the vote bags after the electoral process.
On May 27, the judicial commission, headed by Chief Justice Nasirul Mulk, had ordered opening of the vote bags to obtain records regarding the use of ballot papers. The panel had assigned the task to district judges of the respective districts to obtain copies of Form 15 by June 8.
The panel has received reports from the district judges of 169 constituencies of the National Assembly, 211 constituencies of the Punjab Assembly, 59 constituencies of the Sindh Assembly, 73 constituencies of the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) Assembly and 20 constituencies of the Balochistan Assembly, The Express Tribune has learnt.
According to the summary of the reports, out of 44,339 polling stations scrutinised in 169 National Assembly constituencies, bags from 14,641 polling stations have been found to be without Form 15."
Around 3,449 vote bags were found to have already been opened with their seals broken while 260 vote bags have been reported missing altogether."

The most important part of election is its result which depends on this form and it is missing on large scale on majority of the constituencies.
It is now established that all pillars including judiciary involvement in maintain the status quo position.
One thing is oblivious now that existing system cannot deliver and we must revert back to our origin I.E. Quran and strive for the establishment of Dean Islam, which is the only way of survival.

as expected if it is true? Pti should accept it gracefully, because now pti is on an advantage, why? Whole country knows and also witnessed massive rigging! From here on all symphty is with pti, and they are in win win situation, but one condition remain to be tackled, that will be all out assualt on pti from noon league on their highly paid media, also exact favour has to be paid back by 3 big media houses to noon, get redy pti, major assualt is on it's way or already started. These 3 judges were inducted by ch. Iftikhar in their positions and they did save their retirement plans, they will live a good life hereafter(retirement), it is a closed chepter. Well done pti, don't feel that you lost, you have won over millions of hearts and minds, and it is a moral victory, other way around the corrupt mafia has to live with it....
