میں ہارون رشید صاحب کی اس بات سے مکمل اتفاق کرتا ہوں کہ شیخ رشید کو تحریک انصاف میں کسی صورت میں نہیں قبول کرنا چاہیے اور دوسرا یہ کہ ابھی اس معاملے میں کوئی انتخابی الائینس بھی بنانے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔
شیخ رشید کی میرے خیال سے تو کوئی خاص اہمیت نہیں ہے اور وہ پی ٹی آئی کے لیے ایک بوجھ ثابت ہو گا بجائے اس کے کہ پارٹی کا اثاثہ بنے۔

if PTI only do election alliance and seat adjustment then bojh kyu baneyga??????
he has a lot of supporters, who r educated class.. also he has good relations with media, which will help PTI too.. specially in election days..

yes election alliance is ok, but Khan should not announce it in sheikh's jalsa, It can be announced when the election date announced.
secondly I dont think so Sheikh has credibility factor, he is selfish character and may not be as effective for PTI as we can think.
Reason is then he will be in win win situation, he will promote himslef rather promoting PTI, and after election he will try to get all the credit that PTI won bcz of him... He is not at all trust worthy.

i think haroon rashid is angry with ik because ik announced to join in sheikh rasheed julsa in pindi without consulting haroon rashid.. HR is a founding member of pti and he expects that everything should be decided after his consultation. he gets angry very easily on small small things.. ik should keep him in his decisions then he will not write these kind of columns any more... siasaat aik bahoot gunda (dirty ) kaam hay,, one gets happy and three get unhappy, how can all be made satisfied,,, difficult man difficult...

Seat adjustment could be done for NA55 and with JI , Alliance should not be done with any party. Even Imran has said nothing has been discussed on merging Shaikhs party with PTI. In addition shaikh rasheed himself has said many times that he will contest elections on his party's symbol "Kalam Dawaat" , So not sure where Harroon Sahib got this source from, But its good he openly criticized this move if someone was even talking about this.
But then to be fair Shaikh Rasheed is not corrupt, his biggest negative point is his association with Musharraf, but then PTI has accepted others as well. I leave it to the leadership to decide , PTI Zindabad , Pakistan Zindabad

I have great respect for Haroon Rasheed but considering the stance of Sheikh Rasheed against PPP government and other issues over last 3 years , I strongly think he should join PTI....We should think practically otherwise Ik will end up just being an opposition leader instead of Prime minister.....so every single seat is important now for PTI...moreover , Sheikh Rasheed does not have any corrption allegation on him in his loong political career.... Lastly , if he wins against Hanif Abbasi and throws him out of parliment , ye sheikh rasheed ka pakistan pe ek ehsaan ho ga.... i strongly think sheikh rasheed should join PTI......

There is no harm in having alliance with some political forces. An alliance with Shaikh Rasheed will be better, but no membership of PTI. I guess SHR will also only announce an alliiance. Political differences set aside, he is a good speaker and has proved to be a good administrator, an alliance with him will help against Nawaz League and PPP. This is my assessment, others may differ with it and that's fine. We all want Imran to win and that what matters. Insha Allah he will win. Aamin.

With due respect, I disagree with all my friends who are against Sheikh Rasheed joining PTI.
If CEC of PTI Including Imran Khan decided to accept Sheikh Rasheed and give him a chance to correct his past mistakes, then we should accept it. There are no angels in our politics. Only Good, Bad and Ugly. In my opinion Sheikh Rasheed was bad not ugly and should deserve a chance to become good.

haroon rashid sahab has earned my respect even more ... he is absolutely right ... IK must stay away from chalbaaz Sheikh rasheed because that man does politics for himself , using Haroon rashid's term.... many media persons n journos r against SR so if he joins they will start criticizing IK harshly . he will prove to be more of a liability than asset for pti ... he cant even win a seat in NA-55 what benefit can he bring with himself ??? think seriously guys

In my opinion, SMQ, Asif Ali, Kasuri, Amir Hussain and Sh. Rasheed, they all are power hungry opportunists who jumped in the PTI bandwagon just because they thought this is the new flying coach.
IK is a simple man, who believes that they are sincere, but he doesn't know that they have just put on a sincere face mask..!!!

Salam. Everyone who is against Sheikh Rasheed because he has joined Musharraf. But remember he joined Musharaf when PML(N) leadership made an agreement and left the country & didn't accepted him. His mistake was not bigger than Ishaq Dar who confessed in court against Shareef Brothers but being close relative he was forgiven. In addition, on Masjid Hifza Sheikh Rasheed admitted his mistake and lost the election. Afterward he open his own party. In addition, he is only politician who have build most educational institution than any other leader in Pakistan. Skeikh Rasheed is the founder of this media policy which has awakened the Pakistani Nation against status quo. Also, Sheikh Rasheed was removed from Kashmir Ministry in Nawaz erra because of his very convincing and straight forward policy for which he was still disliked in INDIA. HE IS PATRIOT ALTHOUGH MADE MISTAKES IN PAST BUT PRO-PAKISTAN.
