All of this was done in just 45 days that too including Eid & Muharram holidays.
There are many such schemes in Europe since many DECADES. Now they have 3 rules. First rule....the houses CANNOT be resold or RENTED OUT before 5 years after possession. Second rule only the person applying for it can reside in it and nobody else. This rule is enforced by surprise visits by inspectors. 3rd Rule Only 1 house per applicant. Anyone violating this rule is fined or has his allotment CANCELED. Follow these simple rules and only deserving candidates will benefit. Non implementation of these 3 rules will result in these houses being on Zameen.com with a premium even before they are completed

You don't know about the property MAfia.....they will do anything to make money.....they will buy a bunch of these houses in different names in bulk and re-sell them with 30% margin. To prevent it those 3 rules i mentioned mut be must be followed.Don't worry sir. These houses will be on 20-30 year mortgage and non-transferable. this should be last of your worries.
Just imagine that middle class people who had been no chance of having a home, will actually have a home. Why would anyone want to sale it or rent it. Where do you expect them to go.
