Recently I had a chat with guy who had links to this mafia. What he said was that whenever you hear of bumper crop, record wheat production or record sugar cane production is ALL LIES. Its just a strategy of the mafia, so they can export tgese commodities outside of Pakistan. The law is that they are allowed to export only 30% of the production outside Pakistan. This is why they bribe the mf surveyor and he provides a report of whatever they tell him.
