As much as I would like to believe this was the case, Dr Yasim Sahiba at her press conference did show the new card and it is that one. You can see her holding it up at the 3.30 minute mark

But I still have my doubts since:

1) The actual imprint of the card in the image is different
2) I haven't seen the photoshopped picture in an ad in any published newspaper
3) The original BISP picture is a pretty famous trademark picture of the program. It will be too obvious to reuse for Sehat card
4) The woman in the picture is Sindhi and the card is not scheduled to be launched in Sindh at all!
5) The caption below the photoshopped image is in Sindhi. It appears it was published in some local Sindhi newspaper by a jiyala!

However, I do not like PTI using its flag colors on the card either! :angryred::angryred::angryred:

Dude, if you look at the official ceremony, even this red and green card is in the background.

So even if this green card is a new card, it must have changed after outcry on social media that original card shown in offical ceremony and ads have PTI flag.

If they used the old add paid by Pakistan Government to save money whats bad in it? Did IK put his picture on it? Why BIBI picture is there on a government financed card system? Did Zardari paid for that?

I also share some of these doubts. No one can be so stupid to reuse the image of opposing party in this digital age. Its like suicide. But I only shared it because it was on 24 News and Siasat.pk blog.

2) I haven't seen the photoshopped picture in an ad in any published newspaper

It could be because of PTI's policy of not giving ads in news papers. But strangely I am not even able to find the said poster on official PTI websites. I was able to find the poster on a random internet site. But this has reference to PID release too. PID(I)3699/18

Also I could not find anything on PTI's official fake news buster twitter account busting this poster. May be Fawad Ch's team is sleeping :)

The imprint on this poster and the one in the back of IK in the ceremony looks the same to me.

#2. Nowhere in the card printed on IK's launch ceremony or held by Dr. Yasmeen Rashid has Rs. 720,000/- printed on it.
#3. It has nothing to do with PTI as a party. The ad is printed by the government. :cry::cry::cry:

As an example: it says that it's printed in express news islamabad edition on backpage on 10th February and here it is:

Excellent job in hunting it down. I was looking in the newspapers for 4-6 february but it was published on 10th :D

P.S. I know random sites are not authentic thats why I had doubts too :)
