ECL for Nawaz Sharif

NS, family, key perosnnel, & his judges must be placed on ECL-as I fear that they will be the first ones to leave when the going gets tough. India has already started looking for excuses-even though NS has doen his best to appease Modi, by presenting mangoes and walking those 15 steps.

NS should not be given any excuses to leave Pakistan-like just visiting Saudi Arabia. Their is lots of tension on the control line as there are skirmishes every day. They must face the justice when things go pear-shaped.

Plz dont bother, they will the first one to RUN when the going gets tough. This is why they have properties and businesses overseas. Look at Zardari. People used to say, what a smart guy, but his ticket blacker mentality was exposed. Now he is sitting in dubai. Shame on the people who continue to vote for these thugs and looters.

Judicial Commission

Please read carefully the most important part of findings of Commission in the following Paragraph 534:

534. However on account of the potential serious
consequences which its findings may have on the Governing of the
State and potential criminal consequences for individuals the
Commission did not deem it appropriate to adopt a standard of
proof lower than the balance of probabilities.

Is this not enough that commission acted beyond its jurisdiction and adopted their own standard's of proof and avoided to investigation under the power given to the commission through the ordinance of its formation.

It is clear violation of law and must be challenged as the members of the commission violate the decision of Supreme Court against "Law of necessitate"
Let's demand for the trail of these members of the commission for the volition of their oath and constitution.
