People have similar complains in Europe and America too. Its Hameed Akhtar's personal matter and we do not have other side's version.
I would say that people in Pakistan who are in press let alone be a columnist want special treatment than others. People of press don't like to stand in line or follow the system. Rather they say,"don't you know me, I am a crime reporter".

Jahan tak ap na herbal treatment ki baat ki toh generically mein agree bhi karta hon aur disagree bhi as end par baat uper wala ka haath mein ajati hai jitni zindagi usna likhi hai utni kaatni hai lekin mera mashwara yeh hai ka ap TIB-E-NABVI ko lazmi consider kijya - jitna mera yakeen TIB-E-NABVI par hai wo shayid kisi bhi hospital/doctor par nahi not even Dr. Pan the only cancer cure doctor in the world jo 3rd degree ka patients ka cases bhi re-consider karta hai
Will write a short experience of my friend's father (May Allah rest his and all the departed souls in peace) was initially diagnosed of liver cancer - they were a well off family mashAllah so considered having foreign medication, but initially they too went to shaukat khanum and were advised to get it implanted ASAP! as medically speaking LIVER CANCER PLEASE HAVE MY ADVISE FOR ALL - IF ANYONE AROUND YOU IS GOD FORBID SUFFERING FROM LIVER CANCER - SAY NO TO KEMO/RADIO JUST SIMPLY GET IT IMPLANTED ASAP & never get a BIOPSY done which in my friends case we did and regretted it, coz if one suffers from liver cancer the organ itself naturally creates a layer around itself and fights cancer cells for 5-6 years without causing any symptoms or alarms, but in case of biopsy as advised and carried out by sheikh zayeds doctor, it ended up in needle tearing apart the layer around liver allowing cancer cells to release themselves from liver and spread out in the whole body which ultimately became the REASON for death. The famous chinese doc pan concluded the sam reason as '' its too late '' for us to do anything the damage has been done!
but even in the last days of my friends father departure someone advised us TIB-E-NABVI a baba je in sialkot will get his number once when confirmed from friend who carries out this ilaaj for free and all the medicines are the amalgamation of all the stuff prophet Muhammad SA advised to be used as a remedy to so and so ailment - shifa again uper wala ka haath mein but kavish tumari and trust me i swear miraculously hours before uncle's final cardiac arrest his liver reports were NORMAL just as a result of first TIB-E-NABVI round, we realized later that more could have been done but jo manzoor-e-khuda!

It's sad how N-league is trying to put in doubt IK's achievements as a philanthropist. Even those who accuse IK of being "Taliban Khan" always acknowledge that he did wonders in social work and continues to do so. As for this one particular incident, if there is a problem he should contact the management. One case cannot be used to malign the whole institution. SKMH's excellence as an institution has been recognized by several awards including one by the WHO. Here is a list of the others:

Jis Hospital ko internationally recognition or awards mil rahe hon usko Nawaz sharif ke award ki zaroorat nahi, kam se kam in cheezon mein to politics mat lao aur 100 percent to is duniya mein kahin nahi hota ,jo log 10 percent kaam nahi ker sakte woh doosre ki 1 percent ki ghalti pe wawela macha dete hain ,politics yahin reh jani hai aakhrat mein Allah ko kya jawab do ge?
