Imran's vote base is his integrity and character whereas Altaf's vote base is ethnicity.

If Imran had a personality like Altaf, he wouldn't have got 76 lakh votes all over Pakistan (probably no more than 2 lakh i would say) whereas Altaf's vote base does NOT change which means world can prove your leader is a terrorist, bhatta khor, murderer but you still vote for him because he is supposed to be saviour of all muhajirs :)
