Yaar Khuda ko mano....koi haal nahin..."Raymond Davis Sahib"....yeh hamara Law Minister aik mujram ko "sahib" keh raha hai...itni izzat...kyunkeh woh American hai !!!!!.........

This ''TOPI DRAMA"" is going on. Raymond has already gone and gone with the element of
strength, only foolish will deny this. This "Diyyat" ka drama has been made. Few points:
a) No one has right to be picky and choosy from Islamic Law. This Law has to be in its
"totality" or "nothing". The selective and preferred approach warrants a big punishment
from Allah(SWT). For such people there is ignominy in this World (and we are having
it) and in the Hereafter, it will be tremendous Doom.
b) The Culprit involved is a non-Muslim. The concept of "Diyyat" in Quran is between
Believers and all those who are under the jurisdiction of this Islamic Law.
c) The case or concept of "Diyyat" is as such projected as the whole judicial
system being run is as per Islamic Law. What a hypocrisy that to give the benefit
to a non-believer and specially a American, We remembered Islam.
d) The concept of Diyyat is for "Qatalay-Khatah" (Murder by mistake or without intention);
e) The premeditated or intentional murder warrants "Qisass"(Retaliation);
Here are relevant verses from Quran:
O ye who believe! Retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the murdered; the freeman for the freeman,
and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female. And for him who is forgiven somewhat by his
(injured) brother, prosecution according to usage and payment unto him in kindness. This is an alleviation
and a mercy from your Lord. He who transgresseth after this will have a painful doom. (2:178)
---- Was Raymond Davis Brother-in-Faith of aggrieved Family? It is clear that verse is
dealing the matter within and between the Believers?
It is not for a believer to kill a believer unless (it be) by mistake. He who hath killed a believer by mistake
must set free a believing slave, and pay the blood money to the family of the slain, unless they remit
it as a charity. If he (the victim) be of a people hostile unto you, and he is a believer, then
(the penance is) to set free a believing slave. And if he cometh of a folk between whom and
you there is a covenant, then the blood money must be paid unto his folk and (also) a believing
slave must be set free. And whoso hath not the wherewithal must fast two consecutive months.
A penance from Allah. Allah is Knower, Wise.(92:4)
Whoso slayeth a believer of set purpose, his reward is Hell for ever. Allah is wroth against him
and He hath cursed him and prepared for him an awful doom(93:4)
--- Now where does Raymond Davis fits into that. Did he killed by mistake. Is he
Believer, will he free a slave.
All those who are and were involved in this Topi Drama, are going to face
the consequences in this world and also in the Hereafter. Allah's sunnat never changes. However
if People dependent upon other sources have modified Allah's Law according to their own
whims, then they should also wait n see the consequences.
