Its a disaster, I asked something to be delivered to my mum and she got something else and after like 3 weeks. Extremely disappointed with customer service and the way they operate, they don't like to reply back to any query of customer.

Daraz is just a market place which connects vendor and buyer, No buying platform can satisfy customers, not even Amazon or eBay, you can see tons of negative reviews there too because at the time of buying you are relying on Picture and description, but still customers get good deals and that is why Amazon has become world's 1st 1 Trillion dollar company. Best way to buy online product is that you must go for Good rated company and always check product rating and reviews

Dear!
Registration process of good platform companies is good enough and fake suppliers can't get away.
These platforms can and should take actions against the fraudulent supplier, you can't deliver a brick in place of a mobile phone and get away with it.
Also refund/return/claim should be responsibilty of the platform.

Daraz can easily fix this while holding seller's funds in escrow until item is delivered and customer doesn't complain within a certain period of time. The problem is even customers will scam the system. For example some customer receives legitimate product and then claims he got a brick? I see an opportunity here for a courier service type business where you deliver packages for online retailers and have customer verify in front of you for a small fee plus charging the delivery fee.
