Do YOU THINK IS IT GOOD IDEA TO PROTEST IN RAIWIND?

Raiwind is an outskirts of LAHORE. Its like protesting in Jungle.Protests are meant to paralyze Govts and Usually held in front of Public offices against corrupt regimes not on private properties.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on Sunday demanded of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to tender his resignation after ‘loosing moral authority’ to keep the post amid Panama Papers’ revelations.

In an ‘address to the nation’ from his Islamabad residence Bani Gala, Khan also demanded that the government should form an inquiry commission led by the serving chief justice of Pakistan.

“The commission should also include white-collar crime experts and an audit firm that follows the trail of money to determine where it leads,” he added.

The PTI chairman gave the government time till April 24 to take an appropriate action over the issue, after which he added he will announce a future course of action.

The PTI chief said they will march on Prime Minister Sharif’s residence in Raiwind instead of Red Zone in Islamabad.

I think this won't happen, as a first & last step PTI will have to mobilize masses, do jalsas in different cities to create momentum and pressure ...march to raiwind will only be used as a pressure tactic.

It's won't make any difference. For short time some idiots will try to enter the property and damage it. That's all then show will come end and everybody will back to their homes.

While I never agree with the idea of protest marches, or sit ins, one thing needs to be understood. This allegation of corruption is not against the government. It is against the Sharif family. Sharif family has politicized it by sending PMLN reps to speak on their behalf, which is stupid. Hussain Nawaz, in an interview clearly said that he had forbidden all PMLN reps/MNAs/ministers to speak on his behalf...but i think the poor guy was overridden by his sister or father.

... Like that dharna ever achieved anything... a march to raiwind will achieve something. Bakwas moves. See imran sits and waits for somethings to happen, like Panama Papers etc.. And then makes a move. He is a reactionary politician and even in his reaction he isn't effective. Pakistan has no hope for a good politician. Save your Votes. Vote for None. haha.

I commend IK efforts and will power, he is doing everything possible while staying in the legal framework of the country, the problem is the legal framework of the country is corrupt to the core and nothing will happen while staying with in this framework. It has already been tried and didn't work because as Ive mentioned earlier IK and us were thinking Noora is a little begairat insaan who will after pressure from the dharna at D chowk will finally come to his senses but what we discovered instead was that he is a maha begairat janwar.

Nothing on this planet can make him willingly resign no matter what scandal comes out. Yaar phele kam corruption ke scandals hain in nooron ke khilaf. All the way from GT road kickbacks to todays freshest Panama leaks there must be close to 50 to a 100 major corruption scandals exposed during the years of the nooras, koi farak parda inko ?

Just to name a few, Danish Schools, sasti roti, laptop scheme, peeli taxi, rana mashood tapes, jangla bus, UK flats, loan defaulting, mulk sawaro, money laundering etc etc.
