Azadi and inqilab march - the lessons learned log of the federal government -

Imagine if ensuring the failure of PTIs Azadi March and PATs Inqilab March was a project and Nawaz Sharif was a Project Manager of this project, what would be the content of the Lessons Learned Log written by the project manager. For those not familiar with the idea of a lessons learned log; the purpose of the Lessons Learned Log is to compile a repository of any insights and lessons based on good and bad experiences and behaviours.
Here is my attempt at the key lessons that I believe the PM would have in his Lessons Learned Log mainly focusing on what can be improved.
