there are no concept of 'Waris' for Head of State in Islam.
Its the Only and Best way and we should try to returning to it.

Instead of any solution, total confusion. The funny thing people have developed:

"If a thing is not available in Quran, then Hadith, if not then Sunnah, if not
then Ijmah". What it is that is not in Quran? People just wish to have
ready made solution.
