u cannot stop it.. even if youtube agrees to remove it,. they have to clamp it down.. any one can post it.. n there are loads of other vidoe websites whre the vdo can be uploaed... and the latest google trend on pakistan the search tat tops is "unblock youtube" "youtube proxy"... :D :D :D :D...
