People need to try and understand things in their proper context when talking about the quran or deen of islam.

The quran and the human intellect relationship.

The quran is just a book containing all necessary information from God for humanity as a whole for ensuring well being of mankind in this life as well as in the life to come. This information is utterly useless for mankind if people will not learn sense for making proper sense of it. It is because if they will not study the quran properly they will never come to know whether it is truly from God or not, nor they can act properly upon its advice because one cannot know that either.

This is why first and foremost people must learn sense to judge the quran properly whether it is truly from God or not. In this respect human intellect is top most thing because without it mankind cannot know if the quran is truly from God or not. Nor what to do with what the quran says. Also only if they become satisfied the quran is truly from God then they can get on with doing what it says.

This is why there is no sense in people telling each other let us unite but they have no idea what for and how to etc etc. This is why first and foremost is the issue of interpreting the quranic text properly for proper understanding of the quran.

All we have is so many so called interpretation but all almost similar because people did not use their own intellects as they were supposed to as individuals. One can understand interpretation of the quran in different languages but almost same interpretation under many different names in the very same language makes absolutely no sense other than the fact that people did this to make money for themselves.

Religious books particularly holy books are top sellers in the world this is why their writers, publishers and translators make lots of money. People will not understand this game if they will not educate and train themselves regarding this issue. The quran is only that which is in arabic based upon its original text. This issue is ignored by ummah as a whole. This is why we have many arabic versions of the quran. This issue needs to be sorted out by people by getting hold of ancient copies and sorting out this issue first and foremost.

Once we have a proper text of the quran then next issue is of its proper interpretation. Once we have that then the issue is of unity between people who claim to be muslims. These are real works that need doing. Not wasting time on issues no body knows at all because those who are discussing them have no background in study of the quran related fundamental issues.

Funny you would link a video by Dr Saleem Shazad, you do know he is a student of Javed Ghamdi since 1988. Ghamdi in his entire lengthy time teaching Islam has never said anything against any individual but even he was forced to speak out (and the only time he has ever done so) against the stupidity that is your peer o murshid Ghulam Ahmed Perwez.

Please avoid your "Taqiyyah" mode on this forum as we are aware of this evil believe you people have. It is Ijmah among all Muslims that Qur'an is complete and anybody who does not believe in Qur'an is kafir. Whereas, according to Shia, believing in completeness of Qur'an is NOT a pillar of Islam.

• Tawhid (monotheism: belief in the oneness of God)
• Adl (divine justice: belief in God's justice)
• Nubuwwah (prophethood)
• Imamah (succession to Muhammad)
• Mi'ad (the day of judgment and the resurrection)

These don't even begin to cover them.

Another thing I have heard is after the Prophets death, the sahaba quickly deleted all the verses regarding imamat, thats why there is nothing in the Quran about imamat!

It is very clear from above video that Shia do NOT believe that Qur'an is complete. It also explains that why they try to prove their false believe of Immamat through irrelevant verses very confidently, because they believe that the clear verses about Immamat were excluded from Qur'an. Because of "Taqiyyah" they can not say it loud they just keep on throwing irrelevant verses to prove their false Doctrine of Immamat.

x sb, had you visited links I provide, you will have seen me using materials by anyone and everyone that i think is useful or helpful in highlighting an issue. I like this work by shehzad sb, because he is using many available sources to prove the fact that the quran has only and only one reading not many as mullahs will have us believe. He is the only one who has done this issue some justice.

This still needs a team of people to work on all available manuscripts of the quran to date to sort out copying errors in the quranic text. I myself have proven the fact that the quranic text has been preserved perfectly throughout ages and that it only and only has one reading. One has to go through my work to understand this.

All I am saying here to people is, instead of wasting time over secondary issues pay attention to fundamental issues first. It is because when people are told by someone muslim or nonmuslim the quran has not been preserved properly or that it was written by people and is not word of God many say good bye to islam. Not because such claims are actually true but because most of us are ignorant about things relating the quran which really matter.

I like interpretation of the quran by parwez sb marhoom to a degree because it is closer to the truth than any other interpretation of the quran. It makes much better sense than all the rest of interpretations. Mainly because this interpretation takes islam as a deen and not as a mazhab. You too will do better by going through my explanations about things. I too am a human being like other people but I have made good effort in understanding the most important issues. My project on the quran is not complete yet and it is still going to take quiet a bit of time. provided I am granted the time I need by the one who revealed the quran.

azeezam pakistani sb, the guy is discussing the quranic text and the problems with it from his point of view. Same problems are discussed by many others. Its time we become aware of all these and do something about them rather than wasting our time on things that do not matter as much as really problematic issues.
