Nisar is a good politician, he knows his constituency inside out and is very well connected in his area. He also has a mind of his own and among the few politicians who enjoy considerable influence without party backing (ignoring peers/ tribal leaders). That said Nisar has been accused before of being too close with GHQ - when NS was sent into exile and rest of PMLN was in jail only Nisar was spared. His brother was at some senior post in Army and he was the one who proposed Musharraf to NS. My khaki friends also find Nisar to be a 'good' politician and they only vouch for politicians who tend to pursue khaki interests when in parliament.

I think NS keeps nisar around because of his political acumen and his contacts with GHQ but I don't think Nisar is an establishment's stooge. I think Nisar is best explained as personification of Zia era khaki/politician co-ordination.

Yeh, makes sense.


But I can't help but laugh at the 'divine intervention' of the prayer. Nisar just got up to spew some more fire and right at that point the "Azan" started and he had to stop.


This was like the best cliffhanger of any movie / drama, I've seen. Now we'll have to wait for Monday afternoon and even then a lot of things might change and Nisar then won't say what he wanted to say today.


To me it looks like a little distraction script which govt. and opposition have conjured to distract some attention from Imran Khan & Co. Because now all weekend, media will be talking about this. This wold be the first weekend this would happen, otherwise last three weekends, Imran has been stealing the discussion and the screens.


Like @Will_Bite said, it could just be an event of siblicide to purify the fraternity's blood.


But, all in all, I'm loving the 'divine interventions' that are working for elected govt. First it was the monsoon rains in the morning washing away the mini-anarchy's spirits, and then it was the Azaan which stopped more hatred to be spilled by Nisar.


Entertainment doesn't get better than this. Star Plus drama makers should take a leaf from Pak Parliament's book.

Nisar asool parast insan ha, isi liye IK bhi iski tarif krta ha..baqi ap ne dekha ho ga aitzaz ne blackmailing to ki, but koe justification nae di, coz ch. Nisar k pas agencies ki pkki report hen.jo PMLN supporter ch. ko ghaddaar keh rhe hen, unhen sirf hakumat aziz ha, we are educated ppl, we we would love to remain on right side of history

Amazing that if "agencies ki pkki report" PPP key khilaf ho tu correct or agar N-League key khilaf ho tu phir yeh agencies ki sazish.

But I don't understand Ch. Nisar outburst against Aitezaz. Aitezaz did criticize PML-N and most of people agreed with his criticism.

Also same for other PML-N ministers, they are in Govt. and their duty is to try to calm down situation not put patrol on the fire. Usually opposition will criticize Govt. rightfully or wrongfully and its duty of Govt. to reply with logic and not to inflame the situation. I think PML-N failed in this regard.

And one thing you may have noticed most of the opposition parties sided with PML-N not because of their love for PML-N or Democracy but because of their hatred of IK and TuQ. All of them tried to inflame the situation and was pushing PML-N towards more confrontation with the protestors

hahaha ap to mujhe bhi confuse kr rhe hen, but let me explain:

Mera law aur constituion pe eman ha, so Hakumat ko aise ghr nae bhaja ja skta,isliye hakumat bchane ki koshish asooli ha.
But agr hakumat ppp k thugs se blackmail hoti ha, aur law k against ajti ha then i will oppose.
Ch. nisar ko just man praise nae krta, IK bhi krta ha, dusri parties bhi krti hen, coz he speaks blunt truth, uske pas agencies ki reports hen, tbhi us ne yeh kaha ha, agr che yeh PMLN ki policy k khilaf ha, but agr koe such bol rha ho, aur Haq k sath khra ho to man "Maslehat" ko chor k "Such" ki taraf jaun ga. ab smjhe :)
