Najam Sethi is the cheif of baygayrat brigade.
A big blunder by Najam Sethi but unfortunately (fortunate for him) his style is such that people don't catch such things easily. He himself said that even under US law if they give immunity to a foreign diplomat in US, they say we'll still complete our investigation. Then he says now, in accordance, they have said, they will investigate RD murder case investigation as well. According to the US law quoted by him, the investigation should be continued by Pakistan even if they hand over RD (if he has diplomatic immunity). But Najam Sethi is saying that in line with that law US will investigate. Such a big blunder from the pro-US shit*y Najam Sethi.
Najam Sethi is also ignoring the fact that foreign office wrote so many letters to embassy (it was not red tape stuck) and embassy didn't reply. Foreign office thought his identity as a diplomat was dubious.
Why can't we appreciate a person who takes stand? Why people like Najam Sethi suggest that there should b a save mind in everyone's head??? Whether Qureshi is otherwise a corrupt or honest person, is aside. Also, what are you talking about Qureshi's personal MUFAAD?? He could have stayed and continued as a Foreign Minister in the new cabinet as well. Dair aaye durust aaye, but if someone stands up, that should be appreciated.
Haha, najam idiot was making fun of Nawaz Sharif and himself did the same thing - called him Kerry Lugar... hahahahaa...so funnyyyyyyyyyy...... LOL .... can't stop laughing..... :lol:.
Why should PML(N) say that? They have done the right thing politically as well as from a zameer point of view. They acted totally per the charter of a provincial government. They started investigation. They kept on asking the federal government to provide evidence. YES, they have played politics into that as well.
BTW, Najam Sethi idiot, national interest is not just to hand over RD. That is national interest in eyes of people who want a kashkol in their hands. Those people will surely vote for a law if presented in Parliament, in which no foreigner would be tried for any crimes in Pakistan, let alone diplomatic immunity.
Its so good this case has been prolonged. People don't understand that its beneficial for Pakistan to prolong it. It has placed pressure on US. If we had released RD on the first day, then hundreds of RDs would have been seen in Pakistan everyday. Great work done at strategic level. Even if RD is released, great job done by whoever planned it whether it was Army, ISI, Federal Govt. or Provincial Govt or just by ALLAH TA'ALA without any human's planning.
Only one good point brought by Najam Sethi and all the listen to it again is that ISI is no more giving clearances, while they should have been. Visas are being issued by PM house via Washington Embassy without the required check. In the past few days I saw many people commenting that ISI/agencies have approved all the visas. I am totally against the corrupt role of Army and ISI in our country but every institution should get the credit of good deeds or being innocent in different respects. This system should change and all visas to foreigners who come here in name of war on terror should be subjected to ISI clearance, for sure.
Pitthu bun-na kisi ko pasand nahi? What about Najam Sethi who always talks like a pitthu, Musharaf pitthu?? and so many other pitthus in Pakistan. When someone took a stand and decided not to be a pitthu (Qureshi), you call his act as wrongful. I know its against party discipline and government discipline. However, you need to realize Pakistan is a struggling nation which doesn't have the right system or discipline. So, to go against a non-existent discipline is probably fine under the circumstances.

I not understand why Shah Mehmood Qureshi is hero and this is not his duty to defend us because he is foreign minister last three years under his minister ship how many drown attacks and bomb blast happend and that time he not wake up. this time he know the presure of public that is the reason he want to stand..............shame on the ancor and peoples they again make them hero.........Shah Mehmood Qureshi killer of peoples of Wizeristan and all pakistan because we suffer lot under his foreign minister ship
