اسلام آباد:(دنیا نیوز) چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی نے توشہ خانہ ٹرائل کے خلاف سماعت کرنے والے چیف جسٹس اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ عامر فاروق پر مشتمل بنچ پر عدم اعتماد کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کیس دوسری عدالت کو منتقل کرنے کی استدعا کر دی۔

چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی نے اپنے وکیل کے ذریعے اس حوالے سے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ میں درخواست دائر کردی۔

سابق وزیراعظم نے توشہ خانہ کیس کے ٹرائل کے خلاف درخواستیں دوسرے بنچ کو منتقل کرنے کی استدعا کرتے ہوئے موقف اپنایا ہے کہ یقین ہے کہ اس بنچ سے شفاف اور غیر جانب دارانہ انصاف نہیں ملے گا، استدعا ہے کہ چیف جسٹس چیئرمین تحریک انصاف کی درخواستیں سننے سے معذرت کر لیں اور کیس دوسری عدالت کو منتقل کردیں۔

واضح رہے کہ سیشن کورٹ کے فیصلے کے خلاف چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی اپیلیں چیف جسٹس کی عدالت میں زیر سماعت ہیں، درخواست میں ڈسٹرکٹ الیکشن کمیشن کو فریق بنایا گیا ہے۔

Although our judiciary historically had been timid and unjust on the issues concerning the nation but I think the worst in this judiciary was brought into by that Indian RSS loving woman asma jahangir and now her group.
The courts in Pakistan lack moral authority. Justice Alvin Cornelius and Justice Dorab Patel were exceptions.
