A truly secure system would link the voters unique ID number to the vote. If the machine doesn't record a unique voter ID and prints it on each paper slip then it can be rigged. A corrupt officer could easily make lots of fake votes by just pressing a button for a few minutes.

1. First security will allow only right person enter polling station.
2. Polling agents will witness all voting process.

So your assumption is wrong. Only case would be if someone captures polling station which is very rare.

Capturing polling station with old system was there since we witness this in Karachi where polling stations were controlled by MQM and thappa mafia does it's job.

Only security of polling station is important.

The biggest issue with such machines is that people like Kulsoom Nawaz (late) can't vote who are 20 to 30k voters in every constituency.
Also these machines are not fast enough to cast votes like in case Nabil Gabool election.
