The Punjab budget contained large allocations .. allocation overall will go to education: Rs310 billion or 27% of the total budget

3- Why METRO is the basic need of a developing country rather then education and health.

If you are happy with Badla Hua Punjab vote for PML-N.
I am pretty happy with what PTI has done so far but still there is lot of room for improvement. If they continue like this me and majority of KPK will vote for PTI again and then it will be THE change.

پنجاب نے بجٹ کا ستائیس فیصد حصہ تعلیم کے لیے رکھا

جبکہ خیبر پختونخواہ نے تئیس فیصد

Not only this. See this, though few years old report but I think same is happening now. In Budget they show more but later funds got diverted to metro laptops etc.

According to UNDP report Punjab has the most unspent budget on education and Out of 400 Billion only 87 Billion were used.
