You are wasting your time here brother. Trust me. Mr Pragmatic will not elaborate what he meant, he just want to keep you busy.
Khalifas were assasinated by infiltrators, Even Hazrat Ali RA was assasinated by those who invited him to change the capital. So very serious plans were involved. So this doesnot involved KHILAFAT or SHARIAT failure. If u want to know more, you can see FALL OF CALIPHATE series.
What happened to King Faisal shaheed (one of a kind amongst Arab rulers after fall of caliphate) how he was assasinated, by his own nephew & used by foreign powers who dont want to see any true leader who can change fortune of Muslim UMMAH.

I have noticed that from the last few week a number of newbies has sprouted on the forum like useless shrubs in the rainy season. And most of them are focused on Islamic threads with baseless arguments.
To me we are facing 4th generation warfare. These are cyber cops of satanic army whose mission is to attack anything which promotes islamic ideology. So, I feel we must expose them. Because falsehood is bound to perish.

1. Attack on Islamic Ideology

... Why they were not able to put a system in place that could have been used to avoid such a sad and miserable situation happening again and again.

I think if you could have posted the above question in first place, this would not have been happened.
As text messaging or information is v dangerous, as it can be interpretted in extreme opposite meanings if it is not clearly stated. But in personal face to face talk, you can get the idea from face reaction & body language, so in sending text message be careful to explain as much as u can what u want to ask or what u want to say. Please note that none of the members (as of my knowledge) are PHD in Islamic History, so for your question the first step should be to explore yourself & then get back to this thread with your findings, if some one agrees they will leave positive feedback & even praise you. On the other hand if some one disagrees with you, they will leave negative feedback with their remarks. So GOT MY POINT, do some research & then get back to this thread.
