مگر ٹھہریں کیا ادھر انوسٹمنٹ کرنی چاہیے یا نہیں؟

So better if you are an overseas Pakistani, keep your amount with you outside. No need to invest in Pakistan especially in property.

Formula for price hiking is being used to over advertise the prices so that people think it as an actual price. When you are a buyer, its an open market but when you are a seller, its a disaster.

It is a good society managed by IB department
and market is gone low and it is time to buy, some say it will further go down so take your time
keep in mind that this plot will take almost 10 plus years to mature
once the down cycle is over max in 1-2 years this will appreciate gradually to approximately double or triple its current value in next 5 years.. depending on how soon the uncertainty goes away and new Gov comes ...
