I understand what you mean by good politicians, I live in Europe and believe me they dont have that good politicians here either.
What they have is good committed political workers who perform well in their term and then go home. They dont have towering personalities or roaring speeches, what they have is process, discipline, organization, team-work, decision-making, policy-making and honesty. Jamat e Islami is structured in a way to adopt best modern practices from around the world, otherwise it was not that hard for JI to play power politics like other political entities.
