Dr. Shahid is right in saying that Nawaz Sharif knew about the final verdict.... "3 -2 split" decision in his favor, as he was the enforcer of the tainted decision with the "help" of CJ of Pakistan Nisar Saqib.
But word "favor" was sugar coated by these judges....

the reason was obvious. Judges did not want to give him a "clean chit".
Their sealed short decision was not the same as their final verdict.

So the result we all saw was that as soon as court started talking all over social and other media, everyone was hearing about "3-2 split" decision, not paying attention to what the text of the verdict was.

Nawaz mafia assumed that it is the same 3-2 split decision which was enforced by them....... so they did not care what is in the detailed +500 pages verdict....

So when dust from bangra celebrations settled down.... someone gave this mafia, piece of his mind, by suggesting them, to read and pay attention to what the verdict is saying... which was split 3-2 decision all-right but not the way Godfather wanted......

that is why a public speech was ready to be delivered but when they realized as to what has happened they decided to postponed that speech....

That is why 2 of "those" judges are "barred by Saqib" not to be in the JIT team.....

Dr. Shahid was right....
If anyone has any doubt on the loyalty of Dr. saab with Pakistan..... or his competence as a journalist then he/she can test Dr. Shahid.Test could be in the form of a Live TV interview of Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif hosted by Dr. Shahid.
This interview should be live, without any editing, without any commercial breaks.....
This will be a real test of Dr. Shahid's capability as a journalist and Nawaz Sharif being the Prime Minister of Pakistan........

Well, no one is questioning his patriotism, but his mental condition.

Your explanation is self contradictory... As you say that NS knew the decision but never knew the decision which came out as the verdict and hence cancelled the address to the nation. What does this mean?

it simply means that what NS knew was not the real decision. So the original decision was intact.

But my question still remains unanswered, how did Shahid Masood know about the original decision and that it has been changed before being made public? isn't he accepting that he read the original decision himself? doesn't it make him a culprit of the same crime? and on the other hand, it is obvious that if Dr.Shahid had access to the original decision, he would have had also communicated it to others, e.g. IK, JKT and SMQ etc? tell me, what makes Shahid Masood a Holy Cow in all this?

Listen to the clip from 3:10 onwards and explain to me the basis of his claim

And if I take his words seriously, then hold on.... if Arif Nizami knew the decision ... it means that everyone in PTI also knew it

he has proven himself mental tens of times.

Would you blame NS for it ? Had you been there in power and you were trying to rebuild on the ruins of the country left over by a dictator and then a most corrupt person in the history of Pakistan , and you see opposition, right from the day one trying to pull your legs and try to undermine you first on the name of rigging the election and then starting a non stop agitation causing chaos in the country. In the end, the establishment won and won big by breaking the democratic forces and forcing them to fight among themselves. Now, its a doggy world out there. Every man for himself. Need to read Fatiha on demise of civility,freedom and democratic principles.

The question is that whether the plot was allotted to him illegally? out of the turn? or in any manner which is legally and/or morally unacceptable. Rassi k saanp na daikhain janab. Most of the CJ's are near their retirements and it is obvious that they receive their officially granted Government Plots.

ikThe question is to analyze the locus standi of Dr.Shahid Masood, while he is claiming that the decision was not only leaked but changed as well. If he claims that, then it means he read the decision himself before getting public. Now how can you reconcile that?

I am not a supporter of Shahid, I have written before that not only he is a liar but also a dishonest person. The point is not my or your opinion of Dr Shahid. The issue is of leaking and alterations in the judgement. I prefer to say like I have written before that the judgement was outed, like Exams papers are outed before the exams in Pakistan.
Most of the journalists knew that the judgement would be 3/2. The difference is that they were expecting it to be 3 against Gaanaja. IF you read today's column of Mir, he has also pointed out that Naseem Zehra was also waiting a 3/2 judgement to be delivered against Gaaanja.
Dr. Shahid is not the only person saying it, there are many other people who know this judgement was outed and changes to the outcome were made to save Gaanja and gives him time. I am certain it was done for "National" or in other words the old tradition of "Nazria-e-Zaroorat".
As soon as those who hold its their responsibility that status quo is maintained and "country" doesn't descent in chaos, come to know that it is going against Nawaz they come in to action as usual and saved him.

Tomorrow they are going to save him and Maryam again in the decision about "Dawn Leak" guaranteed.

Crankie... the thing is that we need to analyze how these media people play with our mentalities. Surely, Panama was a big thing ... and still is, and these anchors and media persons started making lofty claims about it, while it was proceeding or reserved. Now they are perpetrating a new conspiracy to make people believe that they were right about the decision but it was changed. This is very very very very bad show of professional ethics.

My other question in my writing describes how puzzled was PMLN when the verdict was out. First, the PM announced to have a national address in the evening, then someone told them that there is nothing to rejoice for.... so the national address was retracted. So much to say about how much PMLN knew about the decision.

In the same way, it is evident that neither of these people in the media houses knew anything about the decision. They were up making guesses. Someone's guess came out to be true. This does not mean they knew it.
