In my own limited point of view, it does require a JIT to implicate 62/63

Poor doctor you are bent upon terming him schyzophrenic and anyother who question the logic of this judicial proceeding.Your inclination toward PML were clear upon me.there is no question of majlis shoora or Article as the Court has declared that these proceedings can be called into question at SC forum.Just read the proceedings in detail.
Further this crime minister didnot only lie on the floor of parliament but in his address to the nation also.
This is very low on your part that you declare other persons who don't agree with your viewpoint as dhabar doos.Be remain in the circle of decency if you claim to move in high circles.

To be honest, such meetings are never affixed at a venue like PM house, it is heavily bugged and movements are monitored and logged. Neither do I consider an SC judge to be a fool enough to meet PM in person. Even if there was something, there are many ways of communication and negotiation.

Secondly, it is already decided that GOvt will get a clean chit in Dawn leaks case, because if they nab someone, it means that they are accepting that the news which was leaked was true..... and this does not go into the favor of Pakistan and its Army on an international scale.

Rather, I was thinking that why the JIT includes MI and ISI??? wouldn't it be a place for someone from IB and SECP? I think that ISI is there to investigate, and MI is there to let the Army decide the outcome of the JIT.

The logic is simple... if the decision was changed (as per Doctor) then how did he know? Can he know this without having a look at the decision himself? So isn't he basically accusing someone else of the crime he committed himself?

Now after the JIT report, this one case of Panama will be divided into six or seven smaller cases (Hudabiya mills + Mayfair flats ownership + Dar Statement etc.) The main pressure will thus be diffused and things will focus more on others than NS himself. Meanwhile, he is to remain PM until 2018. Army has to guard its own interests here. They don't want a political turmoil in the country. They are comfortable with the things as they are.

IK cannot defy the Army in this case and why should he? wasn't he and JKT were given clean chits in ECP? Anyone could've guessed what the decision of Panama is going to be on that day.

Dr. Shahid is right in saying that Nawaz Sharif knew about the final verdict.... "3 -2 split" decision in his favor, as he was the enforcer of the tainted decision with the "help" of CJ of Pakistan Nisar Saqib.
But word "favor" was sugar coated by these judges....

the reason was obvious. Judges did not want to give him a "clean chit".
Their sealed short decision was not the same as their final verdict.

So the result we all saw was that as soon as court started talking all over social and other media, everyone was hearing about "3-2 split" decision, not paying attention to what the text of the verdict was.

Nawaz mafia assumed that it is the same 3-2 split decision which was enforced by them....... so they did not care what is in the detailed +500 pages verdict....

So when dust from bangra celebrations settled down.... someone gave this mafia, piece of his mind, by suggesting them, to read and pay attention to what the verdict is saying... which was split 3-2 decision all-right but not the way Godfather wanted......

that is why a public speech was ready to be delivered but when they realized as to what has happened they decided to postponed that speech....

That is why 2 of "those" judges are "barred by Saqib" not to be in the JIT team.....

Dr. Shahid was right....
If anyone has any doubt on the loyalty of Dr. saab with Pakistan..... or his competence as a journalist then he/she can test Dr. Shahid.Test could be in the form of a Live TV interview of Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif hosted by Dr. Shahid.
This interview should be live, without any editing, without any commercial breaks.....
This will be a real test of Dr. Shahid's capability as a journalist and Nawaz Sharif being the Prime Minister of Pakistan........

Would you blame NS for it ? Had you been there in power and you were trying to rebuild on the ruins of the country left over by a dictator and then a most corrupt person in the history of Pakistan , and you see opposition, right from the day one trying to pull your legs and try to undermine you first on the name of rigging the election and then starting a non stop agitation causing chaos in the country. In the end, the establishment won and won big by breaking the democratic forces and forcing them to fight among themselves. Now, its a doggy world out there. Every man for himself. Waste of time to comment on this decision. When Ayyan Ali get her name cleared from ECL and went abroad without any punishment despite video evidence, do you expect these courts and their greedy judges can do any miracle by sacking Nawaz Sharif. This will never happen in Pakistan and there is no such court exist which can send Sharif family mafia to jail for looting Pakistan's money. These judges are partner in crime with Sharif family. Very soon, this Army will become Punjab Police as Sharfi family has already started to appoint their relative like ISI chief Naveed Mukhtar.

I advise to D. Shahid that he should never keep our hopes alive. He should discuss international affairs and let this nation lick the dust as it deserves to be punished by mafias like Sharif and Zardari.

Secondly, if you read the twit of Maryam a day before she wrote that nobody including Nawaz in her family are worried and everyone was calm in her family. We know a day or so before the Gaaanjas were extremely anxious and worried. What changed in two/or one day!!

Yesterday the Retired General agreed with Dr that the verdict was leaked. Lets be honest, we know from the comments of all 5 judges in the judgement, none of them really believed the pile of crap offered by gaanjaas and their lawyers.

The question is to analyze the locus standi of Dr.Shahid Masood, while he is claiming that the decision was not only leaked but changed as well. If he claims that, then it means he read the decision himself before getting public. Now how can you reconcile that?
