If we assume it was correct and Khan had trouble in dealing with this deficiet (he did not had that trouble as PDM had becuase of loan amount and foreign currency reserves). Was it necessary to do the same mistake and leave only 6 weeks of import equivelent foreign exchange? Did not he took revenge? If Nawaz government did wrong, you saw that and you were explained about that why you intensionally did the same?At the end of the PML-N government, Pakistan’s imports had grown to $60.8 billion, which had resulted into the highest-ever trade deficit of $37.7 billion in fiscal year 2017-18.

Ok, Khan received $95 billion foreign loan when he started and ended up $131 billions. The next government started at $131 billions and paid loans and in three years they did not increase even 1 billion dollar. How they managed the things, then. I am sure they retured more loans than what Khan did in his era when he added $10 billion/year and PDM did not add anything.70% of PTI Govt’s Foreign Loans Used for Repaying Previous Debts
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government had borrowed external loans worth $52 billion in three years and eight months, which had put it in the top position among the last four administrations. PTI actually repaid 70% of the debts taken by previous regimes.
It had overtaken Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) which had external borrowings worth $49.761 billion, with $27.071 billion in retired debt. PML-N repaid around 54% of the previous loans taken. In comparison, the PTI government had made repayments of $36.50 billion during its time period.
The foreign debt increased drastically by $35.3 billion and a growth of 37 percent during the PTI’s era from $95.2 billion when the Imran Khan administration came to power. Foreign debts during the PML-N administration had also increased by $34 billion from $61 billion.

GDP growth rate of Nawaz government was much better as they gradually increased GDP from 3% to 6% in 5 years. Khan government increased GDP from 0 to all of a suddent to 6% and caused foreign currency reserve drop from $27 billions to $16 billions in months. Previous Nawaz government, foreign currency reserves remained healthy throughout his 5 years.

How was GDP better in the Nawaz government and not in Khan's government?
Nawaz left around 9 billion dollars in federal reserves and a current account deficit of close to 20 billion dollars. Exports were stagnant at around 23 billion dollars.
Khan had to deal with the worst economic conditions left by Nawaz's government.
