The tin pot field marshal is a sick man. His false sense of power and criminal behaviour against the public fuels his hatred against anyone who believes in democracy and human rights.
If challenged by powerful, this kind of cowards tend to runaway with their tails between legs and hide. Edi Amin and Saddam are two perfect examples.
