پہلے تو قادیانی خود کو اقلیت مانتے نہیں، پھر امتناع قادیانیت آرڈیننس کے تحت ان پر مکمل پابندی الگ سے ہے، اس لیے کمشن میں شمولیت کی آئینی گنجائش بھی سرے سے نہیں ہے اگر کسی کو خام خیالی ہے کہ اسطرح مرزائی کو ممبر پارلیمنٹ وزیر اور کلیدی عہدے وغیرہ دلوائیں گے تو ایسا نہیں ہونے دیا جائے گا

افسوس ہو رہا مجھے تحریک انصاف سے وابستہ ان مسلمانوں پر جو بلاوجہ اس بات کا دفاع کر رہے ہیں جو بنتی بھی نہیں کافر تو 1973 کے آئین میں لکھا ہواہے؟ اسکا کریڈٹ بھی دے دیں خان صاحب کو آپکی مرضی کچھ عقل اور ایمان سے بات کریں یہ کوئی آج لکھا اس فیصلہ میں؟ عقل پر پردہ ایسا ایمان ضائع کر رہے ہیں افسوس ہوا بے ۔ ۔ اقلیتوں کے حقوق مرتد زندیق کو دلوا کر بغلیں بجا رہے ہیں

What rubbish...giving them minority rights means they are not muslims and if they avail it, it means they confirms that they are not muslim (which qadianis are denying since inception ...they wrongly claim themselves as muslim)...molvi ko aqal khareed ke deni parti hai...oer PML-N se har nalaiqui kaerwalo...bughz e hakumat main islam dismani bhi manzoor hai inko...Khatm e Nabuwat qanoon main tabdili kertey waqat ...Islam Pansidi Kahan gayee thi PML-N or Nawaz Shif ki...Hypocricy at its peak...

If they are non muslim than they will come under minorities just like Hindus, Sikhs and Christians. So what exactly is the problem here? If they dont come under minorities than in which category do we put them?

Some people keep saying that qadiyanis don't call themselves non muslims but that doesnt change anything. They are still non muslims and should be treated like non muslims.

Spot on! One shouldn’t need approval of Qadianis to treat them as non-Muslim minority.

It is a fact that Ahle Hadith ulema defended PMLN in 2017 when the latter changed affidavit mentioning Khatm e Nabuwat. Sajid Mir was going to hold Munazira with Dr. Ashraf Jalali on this issue. Why majority of Ahle Hadiths support PMLN? Reason is their leader Sajid Mir who was made Senator multiple times by Nawaz Sharif.
