بنگلہ دیش:شیخ حسینہ واجد کی سیاسی جماعت عوامی لیگ پر پابندی لگا دی گئی

بنگلا دیش کی عبوری حکومت نے سابق وزیر اعظم شیخ حسینہ واجد کی جماعت، عوامی لیگ، پر انسداد دہشت گردی قوانین کے تحت پابندی عائد کر دی ہے۔

غیر ملکی خبر رساں ادارے کے مطابق یہ فیصلہ اس وقت تک کے لیے نافذ العمل رہے گا جب تک جماعت کے خلاف مقدمے کی سماعت مکمل نہیں ہو جاتی۔

حکومت کا مؤقف ہے کہ پابندی انسداد دہشت گردی قانون کے تحت لگائی گئی ہے، جس کے تحت کسی بھی ایسی تنظیم کی سرگرمیوں کو روکا جا سکتا ہے جو قومی سلامتی کے لیے خطرہ سمجھی جائے۔

اس کے ساتھ ہی حکومت نے انٹرنیشنل کرائمز ٹربیونل ایکٹ میں ترمیم کی منظوری بھی دے دی ہے، جس کے تحت اب سیاسی جماعتوں اور متعلقہ اداروں کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی جا سکے گی۔

دوسری جانب عوامی لیگ نے حکومت کے اس فیصلے کو غیر قانونی اور سیاسی انتقام قرار دے کر مسترد کر دیا ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ شیخ حسینہ واجد نے گزشتہ برس اگست میں ملک گیر عوامی دباؤ کے باعث وزارتِ عظمیٰ سے استعفیٰ دے دیا تھا اور بعد ازاں بھارت چلی گئی تھیں۔ بنگلا دیشی حکومت بھارت سے ان کی حوالگی کا مطالبہ بھی کر چکی ہے۔

Way before the final operation against MQM was started, at least two operations were conducted against MQM. There was no court orders for that. Then there was a time when traitor general Musharraf used MQM for his rule. Later by the grace of the Almighty Pakistan crushed MQM. The period of decades in between, people do know that it is indeed a terrorist and anti state organisation. State actions or no action won't change that.

There are countless post emitting same sentiments like mine on social media. Again state actions or no action won't have any effect on that.

PTI se jitna bhi ikhtilaf ho, jitni bhi buri lagti ho, Imran Khan se jitni bhi nafrat ho, sach yehi hai ke uss ki party aaj bhi ECP mein registered hai, elections larti hai, aur usko crore'on logon ne vote diya hai aur unn ki support haasil hai.

Lol I don't know why you get so butthurt about my comments on judges. Perhaps you have same crush on Imran khan that some of the judges have. Judiciary is weak, broken and has a tilt towards everyone knows who.

By the way where did you get the what you call licence to ban MQM. Should have gotten it from Sindh high court, but that's was Lahore High court. Because it was always under control of establishment. Was it ethical? No. Was it lawful? That's debate able. But was it necessary. Yep it was necessary.

Seedhi terha bolo ke tum Authoritarian ho.

Aur agar tumhare standard pe chalein, to Imran Khan ko bhi kisi zamane mein UN ne "Champion of the Earth" declare kiya tha. Chalo phir woh bhi final verdict maan lein?

Tum France aur Germany ka example de ke khush ho lekin bhool gaye ke wahan har action courts ke zariye hota hai, not basement ke keyboard se ya pindi ke kaale boot pehn'ne aur chaat'ne waalon se. Le Pen ko disqualify karne ka process bhi legal framework ke under hua, na ke kisi Mochi ne Twitter/X pe verdict diya.

Tum khud likh rahe ho ke MQM ke khilaaf court order Lahore High Court ka aaya, aur keh rahe ho “was it lawful? Debatable”, bhai law debatable nahi hota, clear hota hai. Agar clear nahi hai, to tumhara moral victory bhi ek self-proclaimed delusion hai.

Aakhir mein, “Pakistan samajhna” philosophy nahi, zarurat hai. Kyunki agar har banda Pakistan ki mohabbat ko sirf naaron tak simat de, aur har mukhalif ko “anti-state” keh kar side pe kar de, to phir Russia, China, ya North Korea se farq kya reh jaye ga?
