The sad truth is that most of this nation is full of sexually frustrated, sexually starved, mentally depraved and illiterate mob. What else can one expect? I am not saying that there are no rape cases in Karachi. But it is not a pattern and it is not the culture that developed in that place. There are millions of people from other places in karachi. You could close your eyes but for how long. It is time to do soul searching.

No, I won't be giving a damn to such a PhD who cannot tell me why it is not statistical significance and what is the real p value and what is the sample size talked about. Having a PhD does not make you an authority over anything. We have a PhD around every street corner now.
