کڑوا کڑوا تھو تھو - ہر وہ بات جو ہمارے مزاج کے خلاف ہو اسے ہم ماننے کے لئے تیار ہی نہیں
ہماری اپنی ذات ہر چیز پر مقدم ہے
کبھی یہ نہیں سوچا کہ الله کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنا ہی ہماری زندگی کا حاصل ہونا چاہیے​

meri na darhee hai na takhnoon se unjaaa pants bottoms but I know allah ka kia hukm hai aur nabi saw ki kia sunnat hai!

Imam Abd al-Razzaq relates with his chain of narration that a woman asked the mother of the believers Sayyida Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) whether it was permitted for her to remove facial hair in order to beautify herself for her husband. Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) replied, Remove what is unsightly from you and adorn yourself for your husband (Al-Musannaf no: 5104)

Imam Ibn Hajar al-Asqalani relates a slightly different version of this report. He states in his Fath al-Bari that the wife of Abu Ishaq, who loved to beautify herself, once visited Sayyida Aisha (Allah be pleased with her) and asked, What if a woman removes the hair from her forehead to please her husband? She replied, Remove what is unsightly from you as much as possible. (Fath al-Bari 10/463)

کوئی گناہ ایسا نہیں جسے کرنے پر سزا متعین نہ ہو
اگر ایک صاف شفاف چادر پر چھوٹا سا داغ بھی ہو تو نمایاں ہو گا جبتک اسے دھو نہ ڈالا جائے.
الله پاک کے رسول کا کوئی حکم، طریقہ ، بات ایسی نہیں جسے آپ عدنا سمجھیں اور چھوڑ کر دوسرے کی طرف باگیں
جس بات کی طرف آپ اس حدیث کو لے جا رہیں ہیں اس میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ بہت ساری جگہوں پر ایسا ہوتا ہے جس کی دین میں سختی سے ممانعت ہے اور اسے کوئی دیندار درست قرار نہیں دے سکتا
آپ کی بات ایسے ہی ہے اگر گھر میں ناچ گانا دیکھنے یا کرنے سے منع کیا جائے تو جواب ملتا ہے پہلے کون سا ہم مکمل پردہ کرتے یا پورے دین پر عمل کرتے ہیں.
احکام یعنی عمل کرنے کی چیزیں ہیں اوپر نیچے پہلے بعد کی باتیں نہیں ہیں

a lot of women's parents ask them to not take their portion of inheritance and they agree only because they don't want to be called greedy...

fix the big problems instead before nit-picking on the smaller issues! You don't give me my rights and you want to nit-pick on eyebrows! unbelievable!

"Allah has cursed those women who practise tattooing and those who get themselves tattooed, and those who remove their face hairs, and those who create a space between their teeth artificially to look beautiful, and such women as change the features created by Allah. Why then should I not curse those whom the Prophet (ﷺ) has cursed? And that is in Allah's Book. i.e. His Saying: 'And what the Apostle gives you take it and what he forbids you abstain (from it).'"

1. According to this hadith removing or plucking hair from all other parts of body including arms, feet, legs, hands is not prohibited. Doesnt it sound strange to you? Can you believe that?

2. According to the Hadith Plastic and Cosmetic surgery is also prohibited as features created by Allah should NOT be changed. What? Seriously?

3. So features created by Allah are not to be changed? Right. How do we medically treat a twsited organ? A birth fault? A kid with an extra but useless hand? A kid with 6 fingers where one finger is dead?

4. What if a woman develops unusually high levels of androgens in the blood and suffers from hirsutism (Excessive Growth of Hair On Face etc, like a beard), she cant do anything about this problem? Because hair plucking is the chief remedy in this disease.

Clearly this hadith cant be words of our Prophet SAW whose wisdom, we believe, is higher than all the wisdom on Earth

1. please explain why do you feel its strange?
2. yup seriously because cosmetic surgery and plastic surgery change your facial features.
3. twisted organs, birth defects are medical problems that need to be treated. while this hadith is about normal person.
4. again its a medical problem that needs to be treated.

Dear can you describe the context of this Hadith? I am keen to learn about it? Somewhere in Quran I had read that "Bana'o Singhar is allowed for Mehrams only". "The word banao literally means change/alter". I might be wrong as well???

Feminism, was the first ever political movement of known history to raise voice for discrimination against women in following aspects:
1) Less pay than Men 2) Less opportunities of Jobs 3) Jobs nature were domestic.

Now, terms like sexism, misogyny and blah blah has been "Developed" since then. Or ajeeb baat yeh hai kai Aurtoon nai apnany gender ko khud hi gali samjh lia hai. Or kamal tu yeh hai ju cheez unkay faiday mein jai woh usay apna "DUE" right samjhti hein or ju unhein pasand na aiey woh usay oper byan ki gai ajeeb ajeeb terms mein say kisi aik kai khatay dal deti hein.
For instance, agar kisi female ko bus mein safar kartay koi male apni seat dai day then it will be percieved as DUE right leiken agar koi yeh keh dai kai car mein (Male) chalaon ga then that male will fall under one of those jaw moving terms category. (Yes, Body hairs are excess baggage, so they need to be cleared. For women, they can pluck/remove beard & mustache) do study a bit more about it. Do believe it, if you clean it , you don't need spray/fragrance to hide body odour etc.

(Yes, You aren't allowed to change yourself. Cosmetic surgery, do read about Sex change. )

3. So features created by Allah are not to be changed? Right. How do we medically treat a twsited organ? A birth fault? A kid with an extra but useless hand? A kid with 6 fingers where one finger is dead?
(mostly, twisted organs/birth defects aren't due to DNA, but due to wrong steps/food/drugs/errors by parents etc, so treatment isn't prohibited).

(Anything, which is out of ordinary, is exempted. Religion gives guidelines, for masses, but flexible for Individual Cases)

No, It isn't.
But you being negative of every comment or word, which you think is against you is going to be a problem.
Since, it is going to cloud your judgement of right and wrong.
If you are skeptic of one thing, it doesn't mean you discard the other one too.

Be positive about the things, when it comes to religion.
Haq Meher is your right and you can stand for it. No one can stop you from taking it.

Ok, To be very clear for my last reply,
If something happens between you and your friend. Is it better to discuss it and get over it? or keep it for a long time, so that it can balloon up and burst one day, at a wrong time and results in a split between you and friend?

قرآن اور پیغمبرﷺ نے مہر اور وراثت کا مسٔلہ حل کیا ہوا اور اسکے بارے واضح احکام موجود ہیں اب اگرکوئی اس پہ عمل نہ کرتا تو اس حدیث میں کہی ہوئی باتوں اور احکام کو آپ کیسے 'چھوٹے مسٔلہ' کہہ کے کنارہ کشی کرسکتی ہے؟

اگر قیامت تک حق ِمہر اور وراثت کا مسٔلہ حل نہیں ہوتا تو خواتین اسلامی حکامات پہ بالکل عمل نہیں کریگی؟ عجیب منطق ہے۔ اسکا تو مطلب یہ ہوا کہ چونکہ نواز جیسے قانون تھوڑنےوالا بندہ حکمران ہے اسلیے میں بھی ٹریفک کا اشارہ توڑتا رہونگا۔

Very informative sharing. I also read in the hadith that Prophet pbuh said

Plucking of womens eyebrows is not permissible. Thats because the Messenger of Allaah (sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam) cursed the one who does it. It is haraam and is not permitted.

2) Abd-Allaah ibn Masood said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah (sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa sallam) say:
Allaah has CURSED the woman who does tattoos and the one who has them done, the woman who plucks eyebrows and the one who has it done, and the one who files her teeth for the purpose of beauty, altering the creation of Allaah. (Bukhaari, Muslim)

Unfortunately nowdays making fun of prophet's saying has become fashion.

احادیث کا مذاق صرف وہ اُڑاتیں جو انہیں مانتے نہیں۔ کیونکہ جو منکرین حدیث نہ ہو وہ اگر عمل بھی نہیں کرتا لیکن اس کے لیے جواز نہیں تراشتا۔ اور بخاری شریف پہ تو تقریباً ساری اُمت کا اجماع ہے کہ انکی تمام احادیث صحیح ہیں لیکن پھر بھی کچھ لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نہیں مانتے ۔تو نہ مان کس نے سر پہ پستول تو نہیں رکھی لیکن انکا مذاق تو نہ اُڑاؤ۔

دیکھیں جی بھائی صاحب نے بہت بڑے مسئلے کی نشاندہی کی ہے. جیسے سوئی کے ناکے سے کتنے فرشتے گزر سکتے ہیں یا پانی کھڑے ہو کر پینا ہے یا بیٹھ کے جیسے چمچ دائیں ھاتھ سے پکڑنا ھے یا بائیں سے،

All things big and small are mentioned in the Quran, some times as commandments.
A seemingly small commandment deserves equal mention and importance in our life as the big issues you are talking about.
While some issues affect or influence the individual some pertain to the wholistic society.
Although they affect two different scales both are important.

yeah but the problem is our religious sector is hell bent on these small things, but have their lips sealed on the bigger issues which are not cosmetics....
I never see anybody talking about cleaningness, even though it is mentioned to be 50% of the faith.( we are among the dirtiest countries in the world)
Never saw any body focusing on gentle character, and that anger is also haram, we see our religous sector to be most prone to anger.
No instructions about rights of neighbors, although its said that he is not Muslim who is not kind to his neighbors.
Smiling is Sadqa-e-JAria... most of the religous folks have frown on their faces.(more than the General public).
It is said to greet every person you see, whether you know him or not , but In pakistan I was once asked by one of my neighbor whom I did not knew personally, why I greet him All the time (ironicaly most of the time he was coming back from Mosque).
As mentioned above no mention about rights of Women hereditary or others....
No mention about violence on Women ... although Holy Prophet SAW said a Muslim is kind to his wife... Ironically Mullahs are hell bent on justifying the violence.

I can go on and on ...I also know the reason behind this which I will mention in the separate post.
