When Pakistan will receive the next installment of IMF? It was suppose to be in early this month right?

Review was conducted last month. That is followed by a final decision by the Board. Installment is released after the board approves.

Yes, boards approval is a mere formality. They go by the recommendations of the review committee....and the committee already stated that every indicator was well on target.

Its a quarterly process. Payment is released. 3 months later, performance is reviewed. If everything adds up,the next one is released.
Im not sure, but it could be that payment has already been released, considering the plan started in July

Meeting is on Dec 19th. So I guess end of this month.
