Insha Allah the money will be utilised honestly. They have planned a crystal clear mechanism.
This money will go to a trust account. When city needs this money, they will put a requisition to the trust and then trust comittee will decide whether the request has a weight in it or not. if they think they will release the money otherwise they will deny the request.
On top of it, this account will be audited regularly and will be kept open to public.
The members of the trust comittee will be very honest and honourable personalities of the society and not from any political party.
May Allah give them success. Ameen

As refer to Nawaz Shareef,he knows very well how to fool nation and particularly how to fool people of PUNJAB.
Even with his all corruptions , nieve people of PUNJAB gave him their votes.
