True that bindya is neither Islami nor Unislami but one thing is clear that one follows the dress code of the people who they admire. Quaid-Azam stopped wearing suit once he bacame a Pakistani, the message was to do as you say. That is the difference. If Fatima Bhotto wants to represent the people of Pakistan atleast follow what her Phoopi did and identify with the poor people she wants to represent.
Bindya is not the culture of Pakistan just as yellow dress of the hindu priests is not, just as the wooden shoes of the brahmin is not.
