( I was watching Orya Maqbool Jan and a virous has blocked my all youtube access copy and past and second time
I made one thread of the news "was discussed on CNN" and again the same case of censorship in my area which
you might have deleated and it is OK). Strange no freedom of expression. I will take some soft topics only in future !
(The 3rd button was useful for such massages).

You said it right - that is the problem - you take a person flying a Boeing 737 and put him to take charge of the space shuttle without any training then he will feel out of the water. I think that the concepts are the same but its the matter of presentation - people are not used to it. When any new product is being designed a lot of effort is made to make the UI(user interface) 'user friendly' and you don't design the product for the 10-15 % of really smart or 'tech-savvy' people rather you design it for the 85-90 % of the people who may not be the most advanced users.

There is a long list of products that failed since their UI was not user friendly. I think the new format was okay but was a drastic shift from what people were used to and liked and it was functional. You have to take these things into consideration when designing a new system. You see that Samsung is slapped with $ 1B verdict since they tried to keep their design very close to Apple's design that people were used to it and it worked for them.
