I agree with you that it shouldn't have but then you have to agree that NO ONE - and I mean NO ONE went after and accused the Supreme Court of Pakistan as this low life thaykaydaar is doing. There are institutions in the country which have to be respected. I am not trying to compare but I am sure that I never heard anyone do this sort of blatant abuse of the institution of SC when its called a mafia.

mm...2 hours ka interview...overtime daina....answer yaad karwana malik riaz ko....malik riaz ko nahiin cut karna...aaisa treatment tou richard nixon ko bhi nahiin mila thaa....

آپ اپنے دل سے پوچھ کر گواہی دیں کہ کیا یہ سب کچھ "پہلی" مرتبہ ہوا ہے؟
کیا اس سے پہلے ہم کئی بار نہیں دیکھ چکے کہ کیسز ہزار عدالت میں موجود ہوں، مگر طلعت ہو یا حامد میر یا انصار عباسی یا شاہد مسعود ۔۔۔۔ یہ سب میڈیا اینکرز اپنی مرضی کے بندے اپنے پروگراموں میں بلاتے رہے اور عدالت میں موجود کیسز پر کھل کر تبصرے کرتے رہے اور یہ چیز "پلانٹڈ" سے چار پانچ فیصد سے زیادہ فرق نہیں رکھتی۔

اس سے قبل مگر اعلی عدلیہ کو میڈیا کی یہ باتیں "سازشیں" لگی اور نہ ہی خلافِ قانون نظر آئیں اور نہ ہی میڈیا پر کوئی اعتراض کیا گیا بلکہ یہی اعلی عدلیہ آزاد میڈیا کے ڈونگرے بجا رہی تھی۔

میرا اعتراض ان "ڈبل ستینڈرڈز" پر ہے۔​

قطع نظر کہ یہ انٹرویو پلانٹڈ تھا یا نہیں، مگر میں اس معاملے کو بنیادی طور پر ایک مختلف زاویے سے دیکھتی ہوں۔

ہر شخص کی اپنی رائے ہے اور وہ اس میں آزاد ہے.

مجھے میڈیا کے موجودہ طریقہ کار سے اختلاف ہے. میرے نزدیک انٹرویو کا پلانٹڈ ہونا یا نا ہونا سرے سے کوئی ایشو ہی نہیں ہے. بلکہ یہ ہر شہری کا بنیادی حق ہونا چاہیے کہ اگر اس پر کوئی الزام ہے تو وہ کھل کر کسی کی مداخلت کے بغیر اپنا مؤقف بیان کر سکے, اپنی مکمل صفائی پیش کر سکے-

کائنات کی تمام عدالتیں اس شہری حق کو مانتی ہیں کہ دونوں فریقین کو مکمل حق ہے کہ وہ اپنے مؤقف کو بنا روک ٹوک اور مداخلت کے کھل کر بیان کرے اور اپنی مکمل صفائی پیش کرے.

تو پھر میڈیا ایک شہری کا یہ حق کیوں غصب کرتا ہے

ر میرے نزدیک نہ تو یہ انٹرویو پہلے سے پلانٹڈ تھا، نہ یہ کوئی سازش تھی کہ جسکی دہائی عدالت عظمی نے مچائی ہوئی ہے او ر ٹی وی چینل بند کرنے کی دھمکی دے رہی ہے۔
ملک ریاض ہو یا پھر دنیا کا سب سے بڑا کرمنل ۔۔۔ انصاف یہ ہے کہ اسے اپنا مؤقف بیان کرنے کا پورا موقع ملنا چاہیے۔
اللہ تعالی نے ابلیس کو بھی موقع دیا تھا کہ وہ اپنی صفائی پیش کرے کہ اس نے سجدے سے انکار کیوں کیا۔

اگر ہم فریقین کو براہ راست اپنا مؤقف بیان کرنے اور اپنی صفائی پیش کرنے کا حق نہیں دیں گےتو پھر اینکر حضرات بادشاہ بن بیٹھیں گے اور جس طرف چاہیں گے، اس طرف عوام کو موڑ دیں گے۔

میرا ذاتی خیال بھی یہی ہے کہ لقمان مبشر نے زیادتی کی اور انہیں کوئی حق نہیں تھا کہ وہ کسی معاملے میں مہر کو ڈکٹیٹ کرتے۔ بہرحال انسان غلطی کا پتلا ہے۔

مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ یہ دونوں شخصیات "مہر بخاری" اور "لقمان" بہت ہی ایگریسیو اینکرز ہیں اور پروگرام شروع ہوتے ہیں جب میں نے ان دونوں کو اکھٹا دیکھا تو خود بخود میرے دل نے آواز دی تھی کہ یہ دونوں ایک پروگرام میں اکھٹے کوئی اچھا نتیجہ نہیں دے گی۔

Mehwish , Every person has a right to express himself however you can not buy your interviewer in order to buy the questions as well. In an independent interview you have to answer everything which comes your way , when an interview becomes a script then it becomes wrong and unethical especially when the country's future is at stake.

آپکے تبصرے کا دوسرا حصہ ایک حقیقت سے متصادم ہے۔ کیونکہ جب ایک عام آدمی کا میڈیا ٹرائل ہوتا ہے تو اِس سے ریاست کے کِسی ستون پر لرزش طاری نہیں ہوتی فریقین کو عدالت میں جانے کا حق حاصل ہے لیکن اگر عدالت خود نشانے پر ہو تو قانون کا متحرک ہونا لازم آئینی تقاضا ہے کہ ریاستی ستونوں کی حفاظت کا ایک اِن بِلٹ میکنزم آئین میں موجود ہے اور آئینِ پاکستان کے تحت عدلیہ کو نشانہِ تضحیک نہیں بنایا جا سکتا ایسا کرنے کی صورت میں حکومت یا عدلیہ کو متحرک ہونا ہوگا۔ دستور میں ریاست و آئینِ ریاست سے وفاداری اور ریاستی اداروں کی حفاظت کا حلف ہوتا ہے۔ عدلیہ کا احترام، فرض اور تضحیک، ایک جُرم ہے۔ یہ ایک ایکیڈیمک نُکتہ ہے جِسے شائد آپ فراموش کر رہے تھے سوچا متوجہ کرا دوں۔
اُمید ہے کِسی عدلِ فاروقی وغیرہ کا حوالہ نہیں دینگے کے یہاں کوئی فاروقی دور نہیں۔
